Dr. Mason is a gentle and kind doctor, with excellent bedside manner. I was very anxious about what I was feeling in my throat and he was thorough and let me know what every step of the exam was and what he was seeing throughout. I highly recommend him!!!

I wouldn't even give one star if it wasn't required. He saw my son and was not even going to perform an exam if we hadn't insisted. Before we were even done talking he began to leave the room. My son had to stop him to finish the conversation before he bolted out of the room. He didn't give us a diagnosis or offer any solutions. Of course it's hard to diagnose when you don't perform an exam or listen to the patient.

I went in for a 20 minute conversation where he didn't even have any information about my throat condition. I was then charged $450 for that one visit.

Dr. Mason is more than 30 minutes late to every appointment I have with him, no matter the time of day. He arrives rushed, and needs to be reminded who I am and what we're doing. In general, the practice is badly run. Scheduling is difficult, and Mason has appointments every fifteen minutes throughout the day. This of course means that he's always running behind, but I guess he gets paid whether or not he wastes our time.

Dr. Mason is the most caring surgeon doctor I've ever met. Dr. Mason in his team took very good care of me during and after my surgery. He did a awesome job explaining everything to me as well as answering all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Mason if you see this you are AWESOME!!!
