Dr. Geilker has VERY unethical billing practices. My insurance company and I were both charged for a bogus "consultation/exam" she snuck into the bill from my first visit with her, assuming I wouldn't notice I'm sure. Check your bill carefully if for some reason you still decide to see her.

Dr Geilker has been my primary care physician for seven years and I have had entirely good experiences as her patient. She listens and explains well. She is a good and clear communicator and compassionate while businesslike in her office. I have always been able to get appointments with her in a timely way when needed.

Always excellent. Dr Geilker is a good doctor, but also kind, compassionate and attentive. She always took good care of my asthma since the late 1990's! and whatever other ailments I might have had. I really like her. Excellent follow up too.

Misdiagnosed a skin issue and billed me incorrectly even after I pointed out the error. I would not recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr, Joyce Geilker for over 20 years and have recommend family and friends. She is very professional, takes times with me always makes sure all prescription are up to date and very thorough with exams. Takes time to go over all findings.

My wife and I are both physicians, and with our combined medical knowledge and experience, we can tell you we would strongly recommend against seeing this physician. In summary, she is dismissive, rude, and lacks compassion for patients. My wife simply stated, “she is a bad doctor.” (1) she incorrectly double billed our insurance company and would not change it.. (2) She prescribed a medication and would not be bothered to complete a pre-authorization form. (3) Communicated unprofessionally.

Dr. Geilker has been my doctor for a number of years. I wouldn't want to have to change. She's great at diagnosis, explains things well, listens to concerns carefully, and has a congenial personality. I can't say enough good things about her.
