This is the most un-professional setup I have ever visited. They take your payment (office visit) before you see the doctor and then they miss place your payment and continue to harass you for money already paid. I have reached out to them (Reston location) twice and in both occasion was told, sorry for the miss filling, we will fix this and you will never be billed again. Then 4 months later they bill me again claiming (Iris) that they do not have any record of my payment. Even though the office manager and the senior staff have been informed of this by Iris, they do not have the curtesy to call me back. Keep your receipts like I have because you never know with this establishment. In my opinion and experience they appear to be all about money.

Charges but lesions remain after several visits. Does not care in following up.

Took three visits to get rid of a lesion that should’ve been taken care of on the first visit. My family member also had a lesion not taken care of on the first visit. He is very super fast doesn’t take the time to take care of lesions appropriately yet the bills keep coming. It’s unacceptable to me. Does not care if the lesions have been taken care of or not does not react to that

Dr. Kurt Maggio - Dermatologist in Gainesville, VA. I had to go for Mohs surgery on my nose tip. As soon as I walked it it was pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Trust me, I asked about 100 questions, and no one got exasperated with me. You can tell the nurses, and other workers there, all get along and are happy with their job. It makes for a really nice atmosphere. Dr. Maggio is very kind. He explains everything as he goes along in the procedure. Which was great for me, for I was quite nervous. I recommend this place. It is nice to go into a doctors office, and have a whole team of great people!

Dr. Maggio spent 20 minutes with us on the telephone tonight in follow up to a visit with another dermatologist in his practice. He was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable about my wife’s condition and patient to allow us to discuss it, he detailed a plan for her to work through for treatment. I cannot rave about him enough! Thank you, Dr. Maggio. We sincerely appreciate your being there for us.

I had a procedure for skin cancer done recently and I was very impressed by the friendly and professional staff. They anticipated my needs and took very good care of me. Dr. Maggio was great, he keep me informed as to what he was doing and encouraged questions. I would highly recommend his practice if you need his type of services.

First visit today. Wait time was short. Staff very friendly. Dr Maggio was concerned about my skin condition. The lady that did my full body exam was very good in explaining to me my skin problems.

Excellent, but he did not tell me that my bandage would develop a large cigar-shaped roll that was normal. I was concerned and spent an hour to learn that there was no cause fco concern.

You don't see the Doctor only the assistant. They only follow up if they have to take a biopsy

Worst doctor to visit. They don't care about the treatment they just want to get money. I visited 3 times and they did skin biopsy 2 times and nothing was done. After first visit they book me for Dr Maggio but some stupid assistant attended me every time. She didn't know anything about any treatment. And worst admin service, I had a hard time to get my medical records from them.
