Nora G Kern's Online Review Report Card

The Dr. Kern is an amazing when we see her. However we will not be back because we called before we arrived to let them know we would be late due to traffic and fog on highway and the staff called us back said we would be seen then upon arrival we waited to be seen for over an hour and someone came out to inform us that they would try to see us and that if wanted we could reschedule. I will not go back you should of informed over an hour ago 😒 instead of having me come all the way and still wait with hopes up. I would of been glad to reschedule if had been told upon arrival instead of being called and told I would be seen. Thanks for not seeing us and making we waste an hour and 19 minutes of a drive and gas at 4.09. Something I don't have to waste.

I’d like to start by saying it’s a practice of mine not to make other people’s problems my own however, in this instance I feel compelled to defend Dr. Kern’s reputation and honor the best that I possibly can. It’s clear that the four one star reviews with few to no words, are all aligned with Mr. Smelly in their malicious attempt to devalue and discredit this amazing PERSON and absolutely incredible physician! I would like to say to those individuals that this is not the place for your petty smear campaign. These reviews exist to help people make an informed decision while attempting to find a doctor that best suits the individual needs of their child. A very difficult and stressful process made even harder by your misleading remarks. Save that nonsense for Facebook and Twitter where people feel it necessary to engage in that shameful behavior on a regular basis:/ Being the Father of an 11year old child that has fought and beat cancer twice, and has been wheelchair bound since the age of one, my wife and I have a vast amount of experience with doctors of all kinds. There isn’t a single one of them in a decades worth of encounters that we hold in a higher regard than Dr. Kern! From her kind and compassionate bedside manner where she intently listens to and answers any questions you may have until you are completely satisfied, to her remarkable skill as a surgeon where her dedication to robotics and minimally invasive techniques are on full display. We are humbled and beyond thankful for the life changing procedure she was able to perform on our daughter with exceptional results🙏 We had been putting this surgery off for years because of how scary and invasive it is by nature, I am overjoyed to report that Dr. Kern has taken all of that fear and anxiety surrounding this inevitable reality in our daughters life and put in soundly to bed! The genuine happiness and contentment we have greeted every morning since that day seems like a dream given the amount of anguish we experienced in making this unbelievably difficult decision on our daughter’s behalf. Let me assure you, if your aim is to place your son or daughter in the hands of a well qualified and extremely competent Urologist who you can trust completely and feel unequivocally that they have your child’s and your families best interest at heart, then look no further... you have found your Doctor! Thank you so very much Dr. Kern! A GIANT thank you as well to every Resident, Nurse, Medical assistant, Receptionist, and every other person behind the scenes making it possible for you to provide the amazing care that you do;) We are eternally grateful😌

This doctor is a bad person. For those who don't know, she voted in a medical school committee in favor of punitive action against a medical student because he challenged a speaker's presentation about "microaggressions," as the methodology used was basically anecdotal. She eventually helped to get the student expelled and effectively ruined his career, all because she was vindictive and wanted to appear politically correct. I’m not sure who these other people are who wrote a negative review, but this is unthinkable. Dr. Kern expressed her concern for the patient, (me), and she took time for me. She was not rushed trying to get the appointment over with. I am set on edge by these one star reviews of her. Most of them seem like a joke, but this is not the place to joke about others. Thank you Dr. Kern for caring about the patient in your appointments.

Dr. Kern has been absolutely amazing and the entire staff has been informative and helpful.

We were seen promptly upon checkin and she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and will be doing my sons surgery next month
