Parita Mulraj Vasa's Online Review Report Card

I've seen Dr. Vasa once and am here for my follow up appointment, which is 4 months later. The front desk staff member did not speak to me when I approached the window even after I said good afternoon to her. After waiting 30 minutes to be seen, I asked the same woman about the wait and she stated that the Dr. is running 45 minutes behind. When I asked why patients aren't told at check in that there is an extended wait, she stared at me as if I had said nothing and then snidely remarked "ok?"...... It's unprofessional not to greet patients and to have a nasty disposition with them It's also not professional to let someone know that they'll be waiting what ending up being 50 minutes to be called back by the nurse because the dr is running behind schedule. Dr. Vasa is great, by the way. She's friendly, efficient, and takes time out to both explain everything and answer all your questions.

I love Dr.vasa. She is outstanding. But I have to give up with this place. Staff are not friendly. So difficult to get in touch with anyone in this office and no one would bother to return your call.

I have called a couple times and left messages to make an appointment. The office doesn’t return calls!

I love Dr. VASA but she needs new staff that will answer phones and listen. I can't even get them to return a call. They couldn't give me an appointment in a decent time frame and I am about to.run out of my meds. When hen pharmacy calls them they don't respond to them either.

The doctor is great!! But if you need an appt. good luck. I have been calling for days and never get a return call.

I called Vasa's office 3 times and left 3 voice messages to try and get an appointment scheduled at the request of the ENT I saw and that was 3 weeks ago. No return call. My ENT's on call team tried calling with nobody answering on their end either. Beware of this office.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vasa for several years. She is the best due to her expertise and wonderful bedside manner. I saw one bad review based on the long wait time if you miss an appt. She’s booked up for several months, because she’s so good. If you miss an appt. you can see another Dr. or get on the waitlist or talk to a nurse if you need immediate assistance. I drive 45 min to 1 hr to see her instead of a closer Dr. because I trust her and she knows me. She’s so personable and really does care about you. Hands down 5 stars.

Dr Vasa herself is wonderful. However the office scheduling staff is HORRIBLE. Return calls are after hours and take days, appointments are incorrectly posted, and staff really doesn’t seem to care about patients at all. If you have to reschedule, be prepared to wait months.

I am waiting to see Dr. Vasa in person since my first appointment was through Tele-Medicine, but she seems very caring and thorough. I look forward to meeting her at my in-person appointment soon.

I love Dr. Vasa. If all doctors were this wonderful, we wouldn't need rating systems like this one. She listens, she cares, and she knows what she's doing.
