I have a rare skin disease. Dr. Flowers knew what to do about it.
Dr. Flowers wouldn't see me via a telehealth appointment to answer basic questions about psoriasis. He said that this was because he prefers to work in person. My preferences weren't as important as his.

I saw Dr. Flowers for an adult acne consultation. I was anxious and embarrassed. Dr. Flowers put me at ease and suggested several treatment paths as well as his recommended course for my consideration. I felt included in the process and validated. After a few months of treatment, I'm noticing a real improvement in my skin and feel comfortable with my ongoing regimen.
My first visit was fine, but the follow up left me feeling like I had wasted a lot of time and money! I was dismissed with no diagnosis!
I have had slin lesions for almost 5 years. Dr. Flowers was the second dermatologist I've seen. The first visit was okay, he seemed interested and examined me.
