Professional, clean, and genuinely friendly. Dr. Tao was attentive and comprehensive and fits in well with this established team.

I got booked with an NP but I had a specific issue I needed to consult with a doctor. When I called the office to request this change, a lady asked me to describe briefly my symptoms and attempted to diagnose the severity of my case right there on the phone. She then proceeded to gaslight me and told me an NP is just like a doctor. No they are not!!! No medical offices are allowed to shame and lie to patients like this. The lady was clearly annoyed and reluctantly rebooked me with a doctor only after I pressed for it. Why on earth does a sick patient have to go through this hassle to request an appointment with an actual doctor, which I have to pay for? I advice you to change the way you communicate with your patients and the way you interpret your definition of these medical titles to the public because what you did to me was unethical and deceitful. Needless to say, I went with a different practice and actually needed to see a specialist after. If you need to see a doctor, don’t let anyone shame you for what you request, it’s getting wild out there.

I have had a great experience with my doctor here but unfortunately my doctor is moving to a different path with medicine. The office staff often has their "after hours" message on the phones even when they are supposedly open. This is extremely frustrating when trying to get ahold of someone.

Dr. McClincy is by far the Best! I’ve had the pleasure of being her patient (although temporary, as she is a traveling Doctor). Professional, and at the same time, compassionate. Thank you for making my visits pleasant!

Staff is friendly and nice but not upfront. I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for 40 minutes now with a sick infant. Was told if I got here before 3 he could be seen. Now I have a sick and unhappy baby crying in the back. Why does it need to take this long? Why am I told the doctor will be right out? It’s 3 now. Update: There was a huge miscommunication between the staff. The doctor came out and explained everything and apologize immensely. Although that doesn’t give me back my hour, it did make me feel a lot better and showed that they cared about their mistake.

Efficient. Comfortable clinic spaces. Wonderful friendly and professional staff. Easy to get to and ample parking.

The people at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful. The support staff in the front office were polite and answered every question I had as a new patient. One of the nurses there, Kierra, radiated a calming presence and let me feel at ease as we talked over my reason for visiting. I visited with Christine Arcidicono, who helped talk me through some recommendations, thoroughly answered all my questions, and provided me with some medical tips for the future. I cannot speak for the other medical professionals at this location, but Christine was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone within the Charlottesville area.
