CLOWN’S!!!…. They switched my appointment without telling me called me didn’t leave any voicemail I went in for my appointment they told me I missed it and then 2 desk lady’s tried arguing with me for not previously answering while the one originally trying to sign me in just looked in shock…. So stupid just leave somebody a voicemail waisting people’s times for nothing

Friendly front desk staff and doctors. They take our family's health seriously, listening to concerns and providing answers and options. Our family insurance is sometimes very difficult for doctors to work with--especially for referrals to specialists--but Forest Lakes Family Medicine goes above and beyond to make sure the referral goes through even if that requires multiple attempts. We're very happy with their level of service!

If you are used to a standard of care, this is not the practice for you. Slow staff, dirty waiting room with worn furniture, nurses who decide what is “medically necessary” without talking to you or getting a history, and a general attitude of disdain towards patients. If you can, find someplace else.

Shane, the security guard, was fabulous today. Made sure we were taken care of and even called back to the nurses so my friend and I could speak.

despite the other bad reviews I decided to try out FLFM, because it's convenient to work. That was a mistake,slow service, doctors rarely in the office, and with the new gas station construction the place is very hard to access. Find another practice.

The office staff is unorganized or incompetent.... Definitely not going back. Went in with some issues. Got no help, suggestions or referral to see another place for my issues. Said that's just part of life. Seems the doctor is just there for his money and really doesn't care how we feel.....

worst place to go for any medical treatment. The office staff is highly incompetent, disrespectful, and uncaring. Would not recommend them if my life depended on it. All they care about is the money.
