Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment at 2:05pm. Upon arrival they said that it was an hour and 15 min wait time even with an appointment. I agreed to wait even though that defeats the purpose of an appointment entirely. 40 mins into my wait I received a text saying I didn’t show up and have been removed from the queue. The front desk staff said that it was because I timed out due to the wait but no other person in the waiting room had this happen to them. They must not have acknowledged my check in. I was assured I didn’t get put to the bottom of the queue so I asked how long the wait was and she said ANOTHER hour and a half. I had already committed the time already so I figured I’d stick it through. Then I saw 2 people who arrived after me start get taken back and 4 others cancel appointments due to the insane wait times. Systematic or not the process clearly needs addressed. If you only have 1 provider the scheduling system needs to allow for adjusting to support the business model you have. Your staff should have access to manage it real time by turning off appointments, or whatever needs to happen. In the 2 hour wait that I’ve had (so far… still waiting) 3 people who did walk ins were turned away entirely and recommended to Med Express locations (not even to schedule for another day). 1 additional person HAD an appointment and staff canceled at the time of check in due to the waits. There has to be a better way this is unacceptable.

Whoever manages this facility should be fired - the poor operation is a direct reflection of their leadership capacity Abysmal service. Check in folks are cold and rude to patients meanwhile they allow you to “ make an appointment for 2 pm “ and still be sitting there 2 hours later with no known update. Worst service I’ve ever received from a medical establishment. You’d think it was free for how poor the service is

The care I received was excellent. The whole experience was great. Minimal wait time and compassionate providers. The facility was clean and the parking was great, too!

I went here today for the first time. I woke up in the middle of the night with an extremely sore throat. I can't take having strep throat lightly as I've been hospitalized for having strep throat that caused me to have sepsis. I really didn't wanna go to med express because they're always packed. I was in an and out in 45 minutes. The front desk associate,Melissa was very kind as well as all the other staff that I encountered. The facility was very clean. I would 100% come here again.

Great experience our first time! Loved being able to schedule an appointment without having to call at 8am and try repeatedly to get through like most urgent care places. Staff was very friendly and we were in and out in less than an hour for both kids.
