terrible experience. The temporary crown he put on broke while he was putting it on. Then the second temporary one broke after a small amount of time. Then he put on the "permanent crown" and it BROKE after a few months. After which is suggested putting on a gold crown for a ton more money. There were other problems as well. Last problem was I asked my files to be sent to a new dentists and they said they would do it and never did. I had to call several times to get them to send my files to my new dentist. I just find them to be interested in money first and foremost and care secondary.

Great dentist and staff Does not participate in most insurance plans

The staff is so friendly. Joy did a great job and Dr. Remington was as friendly as always. Highly recommended!

Patient had issue with insurance, covered, but not able to fix at the time of appointment. Patient traveled 250 miles and Dr. didn't fix the tooth, but increased the cost as well. Wasn't really given time to fix the insurance issue, and although payment was not an issue, just in what form. Dr. appeared more concerned about payment (long term patient) of a few hundreds dollars than preventing more degradation of the tooth. Two members of the staff where ugly while one wanted to be more controlling of the situation than finding any real solution. Then they expect people to be all nice about it while they sit there getting paid, wasting people's time, not caring about medical condition, and upsetting people in the process. Total waste of time, gas, while tooth still not fixed. How much did you make? Nothing! Bad Business. Did Not Value Patients Time or Loyalty. Pathetic! Apparently from other person's review cost increase not all too uncommon...Made to feel less than human while being inundated with multiple issues, people including one two other companies per insurance. The insurance issue was resolved, with little to no help per this office when it came to asking basic questions that the average lay person would not even know. Thank you for you kindness and care!

First, the staff is awesome and super friendly, plus their pricing is very affordable and will work with you which is rare these days. My hygienist Tracy was amazing and very careful to work around my sensitivity issues in my mouth. The best experience I have ever had at the dentist, and I don't know one person that enjoys going to the dentist but I do now.

My experience was exemplary with Dr. Remington. My front teeth veneers look so natural and my smile has never looked so bright and beautiful. I highly recommend their office to anyone needing cosmetic dentistry. His staff was awesome as well to work with both very professional and caring.

I took my 90-year-old mother to Dr. Stover to have a new partial denture made. My mother is very nervous in dental offices and was experiencing some confusion from pain meds as well (had fallen and broken several ribs). Dr. Stover and the staff made her feel much less nervous, were very patient, and were not condescending as some are to the elderly. Dr. Stover explained the options clearly and provided written estimates. I so appreciate the care given to my mother.

Dr. Remington is an excellent dentist. I've spent many days in the chair because I have terrible teeth and he makes them look great. I have my utmost trust in him. In my life I have been to many different dentists and he is by far the best. Dr Remmy treats most of my family in the charlottesville area. I have 1 niece and 3 nephews with special needs and he is very kind and comforting when they are In his chair. He is up on the latest technology and is creative when dealing with complicated issues.I can't say enough about how awesome he is. Who ever gave him a one Star was at the wrong office. I have been going to Remmy for 16 years and I will never change dentists no matter where I live.

Our family have been seeing Dr. Remington and his staff for 20 years. Our children, who have autism spectrum disorder, love going to the dentist! Dr. Remington is very flexible and creative in creating a positive experience for them. The staff are all very thoughtful and supportive, and make us feel cared for.

We have been patients of Dr. Remington for many years, and have nothing but praise for his work and that of his staff. I had always considered the work of a dentist in Baltimore as the benchmark to which I liked to compare the work of other dentists. Dr. Remington easily meets and/or exceeds those standards. As I recall, I have had NO problems with ANY of the work he has done on my teeth...when he fixes something, it is done correctly! On top of the expertise he offers, he has created a great work environment amongst his staff which is friendly and caring. TWO THUMBS UP!
