Dr Cherry was very interactive with my child. She did prefer to talk to my child to see how she was feeling in my child's own words.

I had the worse experience in dealing with this person. She does not like to read the patients chart before calling you back. She acts as if you are not allowed to ask questions. I had to take my son to the ER to get a real diagnosis. She just ignored my concerns along with Dr. Scott Eikleberg at Chesapeake Pediatrics. I have expressed concerns about my child having respiratory issues and a raspy sound in his chest. They just dismissed my concerns. My child has difficulty breathing and makes a high pitch noise when he inhales. Every time you call her she takes forever to return your call. She does not have a good bed side manner and I feel she does not care about my son's well being. She told me "she could be home with son and not talking to me." Totally unprofessional.

I brought my son to Dr. Cherry twice about gastric reflux. She suggested Zantax and this has terrible side effects. This destroys the good flora in the gut and destroys the good micro organisms in the body that fight off bacteria. I took my son to the emergency room and he was diagnosed with Larynxgomylasia. He had an X-ray and they found an under developed larynx. I called this office three times and I could not reach her. The discharge plans says take him to a Pediatric Pulmonary Specialist.
