I had the absolute best experience today! From Marie at the front desk, to Jayda the nurse, my provider, and the Amanda in the lab. They were all so kind, considerate, and absolutely centered everything around patient care. I am so glad i was referred here!

Horrible!! I request my refills 1wk in advance so I will not go without it and that never helps at all. Then I send messages to ask when should I expect it and I get no response. My Dr is nice and but the nursing staff, they are rude is, give you attitude when you call!! No one should have to place a refill request in weeks in advance to not get it when its due! Im calling the regional office. This is sad!

Staff were friendly but they were very slow and short staffed. There wasn’t communication about not being able to have a child at the appointment and almost had me cancel because of it. Also no communication about what to expect or the long wait times. Appointment was at 10am and wasn’t called back until about 1115am and left around 1245pm. Staff was friendly, but very slow and disorganized. Would not recommend this location.

This rating is based solely on the front receptionists/office staff. They are very unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring and a horrible representation of this medical practice. It is the worst part of the entire visit to have to deal with them on any level.

I had a telephone appointment scheduled for a refill on my medication. I have been asking for them to fill my Rx for over a month now to no avail. They then canceled my appointment without informing me and I had to call their office during my appointment time. The lady on the phone was nice but could not help me too much. They are also hard to get a hold of as I had called the office many times before this to try to ask on my refills and eventually they scheduled me for a telehealth visit promising I would be able to talk to my doctor then.

The front desk staff is definitely hit or miss but the Dr is great. Having the lab right there makes very convenient to get labs done while there for Dr appointment. I have had much worse. At least I can get in to see my doctor when I have an issue as opposed to 3-5 week wait times.
