Dr Charles Marks is a stellar Physician. I have been his patients for 17 years. Dr Marks goes above and beyond for his patients. There’s nothing he would not do to make sure his patients are in good health and properly medically cared for. His bed side manner is Superb and he is always respectful. Dr Marks is a very patience Physician, he makes sure he attends to your medical needs before seeing his next patient. When you are at your appointment with Dr Marks he gives you his Under divide attention. I have seen Dr Marks make miracles happen. The most important thing to do when you visit Dr Marks is give him a full description of your symptoms and never leave anything out. When Dr Marks knows all the facts believe me he would either cure you or send you in the correct direction to be attended for. He has no problem with referring his patients out to get the proper medical care they need. He took care of my father. If my father became ill Dr Marks would arrange for my father to go directly to Chesapeake General with a bed already waiting for him. If you are looking for an unique, Intelligent, knowledgeable and extremely caring doctor choose Dr Marks and you will not regret it. Dr Marks is as good as a physician can be when it comes to anyone medical needs. I have grown to deeply care for Dr Marks. I have seen him for many years and each year he gets more knowledgeable when it comes to medical care. No matter what it takes Dr Marks is there for his patients every medical need. He is my husband and I PCP and we wouldn’t change PCP’s for nothing in this world. Like I said Dr Charles Marks is the best. And gets better as time passes. I've been going to Dr. Marks for 15 years. He treats me for acute and chronic conditions. He also treated me in the hospital. He is always "on the mark" with his diagnosis and is a very kind and caring doctor who really listens to the patient. Never rushes you through. He is also very cheerful and I love when he grows his beard towards Christmas to play Dr. HoHo.

Dr.Marks is one in a million when orhers gave up on my husband he didnt.My husband lived five years longer then other Drs. said .He was there through it all for my husband and myself.Anyone thats wants a true caring dr must go to Dr Marks.

I've known Dr. Marks for over 26 years and absolutely loved him. I put him on a pedestal and trusted him more than I trust most people. I was absolutely heartbroken when TWICE he broke his promise to me to phone me back. The woman who owns Mt. Pleasant Urgent Care has power over the doctors and basically runs a dictatorship over the doctors and staff. I would strongly advise against going to this doc in a box dictatorship.
