Does anyone know where David Castaldo has now begun to practice? He did a great job taking care of my dad for years and now my husband and I started going there and now he has left that practice. Just trying to see how to get in contact with him.

I will echo that Dr. Castaldo is fantastic. The scheduling dept. is really bad. They scheduled me to come in at 8am on Friday for a clearance for surgery. I got the auto-call confirming. I got to the office for the appt. and I wasn't on the schedule. I wasted 30 minutes of my time (and canceled an important meeting).

Dr. Castaldo is great but the office staff is unfriendly and unorganized. I still haven't heard back about blood work that was taken in March. Its now April 1. When I called I was told, if you don't year from anyone by next week call back. When I called this morning there was no answer.

Dr. Castaldo has always given me the best care. He carefully explains my care and always fully answers my questions. I have the upmost confidence in Dr. Castaldo.

Dr. Castaldo is a great Doctor to work with. However, the office staff and support staff has made so many mistakes with regards to getting me my correct scripts. It is either not being handle at all or I get the wrong dosage. 2 times I called this past week and was told to call back the person I was speaking to was busy. There has also been times when staff was at lunch when I was asked to go get my blood drawn only to be told I could wait an hour for her to come back. I have only been a patient since Feb 2019. I know for a fact that I will go back to basic Medicare and be able to see the Doctor of my choice. My reason for leaving is the staff and not the Doctor.

I went with my Dad (89y.o.) to appt and Dr. Castaldo was amazing! He was personable, kind & very thorough. The attention & time he took with my Dad was caring & never rushed. We highly recommend him.
