Eddie Akragorn's Online Review Report Card

When I first went to Dr. Akragorn a couple of years ago, he was great. He listened to my issues and tried to resolve them. I never had a long wait time to see him and I felt comfortable with him. Over time, Dr. A began to not show any compassion or empathy for what was going on with me and my medical issues. I hope Dr. A develops and matures his relationships with his patients. I hope his office staff stops trying to cover up his short comings and help him to grow as a doctor. For these reasons, I have chosen to seek another doctor. Good luck Dr. A in your practice.

He is my husband's primary care doctor. When my spouse recently got a troublesome diagnosis from a work physical he was told to follow up with his pimrary care doctor. His needs urgent attention!!When he called Dr. A 's office to get medical advice on how to proceed or a get a referral or pblood work done to check his levels, he was told he needed to follow up with a Urologist and when my husband said he didn't have one, the person on the phone said well that's all Dr A said. That's it!! No referral and no level of care or advice, that his patient was given a troublesome diagnosis that needed further attention. To me that is sloppy lack of care or concern for a patient in your care. At minimum a referral could have helped us know how to proceed. We will never be back. This doctor has a very lax attitude and we can't afford to entrust Healthcare to a doctor that just doesn't care.

Dr Akragorn is one of the best physician I have been to in this area. He takes time to listen to your concern and follow up with further testing and research when necessary. I have referred every family member to him. I want to also give kudos to his staff and front desk personnel. They are always courteous and professional.

Awesome doctor

I was sent to Dr. Akragorn from my Neurosurgeon because I needed a PCP and I'm very pleased with the entire staff! My health is improving because of the care that I have been receiving from Dr. Akragorn. I recommend this doctor and staff to everyone!

Eddie is new and afraid of his own shadow. This affects his level of care greatly! The room that I waited in had blood on the floor! Not clean. Expect a long wait, he starts to run late by 9:00am!!! I have a life outside of this Dr.'s office!!His secretary is paranoid! She must have read my prier Dr's notes, I guess, because she kept telling me the same thing over and over about my med., but I didn't even ask! Didn't even think of what I've been taking, but I could show them. I've found that a "NEW Dr." usually will change medications for a patient. I don't get his staff at all, except to point out the fact that they just MUST be Paranoid indeed!! All concluded in my opinion.

I have been going to Doctor Akragorn for about a year now... The staff is very friendly everyone listens to all my concerns they do not rush me at all...Doctor Akragron takes his time with me and steers me in the right direction for the needs I have.... I'm very fortunate to have him and his staff ....

The Whole staff at Chesapeake regional primary care are always professional and courteous. I’ve had several primary care physicians and so far Dr Akragorn and his staff are the best

I think this is a very good medical office. They made me comfortable and the staff was kind and polite. I'm probably going to be a patient a very long time.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Akragorn and his staff. He recently took care of my son's finger injury. His staff was knowledgeable and caring with our son. Everyone in the office was very helpful and kind.We will definitely recommend this office to others.
