I saw Dr Vacarella on a Saturday morning due to some severe right side pain. I’m not a regular patient of his, but he treated me like I was. He listened to my concerns and was very attentive. I liked him a lot and would definitely see him again if my doctor wasn’t in the office.

I have seen him for a few months because the other doctor left the practice. He doesn't respond to emails. If I have a question, I don't trust he will get back to me. I'm going to try a different doctor in another site.

I have been a patient of Josephs for 19 years he has seen me thru a lot of really bad things/ now i have to get a new dr because they are no longer filing my insurance, i have really been upset over this

Have been a patient for a couple of years now and have finally had enough of his off the wall antics, impatience, rude and patronizing attitude. Staff is professional, but have proven to be very incompetent of late. Making several mistakes regarding prescriptions. Have lost confidence in his ability to properly diagnose and treat. Would not recommend this doctor. Will seek new PCP
