Horrible experience, Horrible doctor. My mother has suffered with microbacterial lung disease and infections in her lungs for years. She had wonderful doctors in Florida and unfortunately had to move here. This doctor would not provide the needed care for her lung infection. Back to square one trying to get into a better infectious disease doctor.

One of the most rude doctors I've ever dealt with. Absolutely unacceptable bed side manner. For an expert of infectious diseases I was shocked at how little he knew and how he wanted to put me and what I was dealing with in a box - a box he knows how to work with - and he doesn't know much outside of that. Highly recommend AGAINST Doctor Romulo.

Was admitted at Chesapeake regional and was diagnosed with a unknown infection..lab cultures were taken and I was placed on vancomycin ..a very strong antibiotic..was told it would take 2 days for cultures..on the second day I transferred to vbgh..and was told I needed more cultures since mine had been lost..and those 2 extra days on vanco were enough to cause renal failure leaving me hospitalized for 2 weeks while they tried to restore my kidney function.
