I have a family history of hypertension, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes, but Dr To seemed unconcerned about any of that even though I have clear risk factors (like being overweight). He didn't order any bloodwork for any type of monitoring, which all my previous PCPs have done. He didn't listen and he didn't talk much, and when he did talk he spoke so quietly I was constantly having to ask him to repeat himself. The only thing he seemed concerned about was whether I should be taking a med that my neuro had prescribed for a condition I wasn't seeing Dr To about. He was rushed and I really felt like he didn't think I was worth his time, like I was unimportant since I was just there for a physical.

Dr. To was my grandfathers doctor. He gave my grandfather a check up an said he was good to go and healthy. My grandfather died a week later of an embolism. He diagnosed my mom with type 2 diabetes and when she asked for a list of foods she shoot eat, he gave her a pamphlet of approved fast food.

Dr. To has managed my Healthcare for more than ten years. He is skilled and knowledgeable on emerging technologies and proven treatments that keep me healthy.

Dr. To was my physician when I lived in Virginia. He is a great doctor. He is a good listener, punctual, kind and knowledgeable. I have yet to find a doctor like him since I left Virginia.

Very good at what he does. I appreciate his willingness to take the time to answer questions and ambitions of the direction being taken.

Dr. To has been my PCP for the last 6 years. He listens to my concerns and he provides adequate feedback let alone follow up each visit. He makes me feel comfortable to be able to talk to him about anything. He is out of my network, however when you find a good provider who listens you are willing to pay the extra for quality service. #healthiswealth

My Husbond and I have been patients of Dr To’s for 8 years. He’s the best. The whole staff are fantastic to work with.

Thorough. Very good bedside manner, patient focused towards solution not just medication.

Dr. To literally walked out on me TWICE and refused help when I came in to see him. I went to see Dr. To who is my primary care physician this past week and literally had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He not only asked me questions he should of already known from my chart but he told me “you will get used to starving” when I mentioned the only way I was able to lose any weight was to practically starve myself. I have been seeing Dr. To for over two years now for a disease that he determined and on each visit he rushes in and out without really listening to my concerns. This time he not only rushed me, belittled me, ignored my concerns but he also continued to tell me there is nothing he could help me with. Even though he is the doctor who put me on my medication. After a very rushed overview of why I came in and him continually telling me “I can’t help you” and “you have to see a specialist” (which I did at his request the last time but that doctor disappeared) without addressing any of my concerns that I was actually telling him about. He then got up and left without saying a word. I had thought he left to grab me the names of people he recommended me to see. A nurse came in to get me back to get my blood work done which “I” requested for prior to the visit not him. I asked where Dr. To had gone because he just got up and left. When he came back into the room he angrily says “I thought we were done here” when I told him he didn’t help me with any of my concerns he threw up his hands and said “I’m not dealing with this!” And walked out on me again. I’d like to stress that the whole time I was very calm, never acted out. He got mad because I was asking for help and I questioned why he was refusing to help me. It wasn’t until he walked out on me the second time that I asked for management and became upset about the whole ordeal. The office Coordinator, Brie Scott came in and asked about the situation. She was kind in how she went about the situation but nothing was done. I was told to make a complaint and send it in but I received no apology by how I was treated. I have been compliant with the directions Dr. To gave me. I went to see specialist he requested but when I talked about my concerns and he didn’t want to help me anymore I was treated like literal garbage. I refuse to go back but I’m just another number on their check so they’re not worried about that. I hope to save someone else the heartache. Find another physician group.
