I had the VNUS procedure done this month. Dr. Challa explained the procedure every step of the way which put me at ease. Great positive energy throughout the office, everyone works well together. Dr. Challa and his staff are excellent-patient and kind. Would recommend

I was referred to Dr. Challa after visiting the ER where they diagnosed me with an umbilical cord hernia. 5 days later I had surgery. I must say I was very fearful as I was home on vacation for the holidays and wasn't expecting to be operated on. Dr. Challa was very informative and explained everything that was happening, what would happen and also explained in detail how I can assist in preventing this issue to happen again. He was very kind and patient with all of the questions. I live in Little Rock AR and can tell you that I haven't had such a pleasant & informative experience with a surgeon ever. And the office staff were absolutely wonderful too.

Dr. Challa repaired a hernia for me in 2011. I recentedly saw him again as I had been experiencing pain in the same area for about five months after feeling a sharp pain and feeling of something popping in my pelvis. Dr. Challa sent me for a CT scan and advised he would have the results in a day or two and would contact me to discuss them. It has been over two weeks and three calls to his office and I still have not heard from him.

Failed Inguinal hernia surgery with mesh patch. Informed him in the weeks after the surgery that things really didn't feel ant different. He tried to convince me things were fine and thie pain I was experiencing was normal. Stated the next thing he would have to do is an Mri to figure out what was going on. I did not trust him to do that. Just dealt with periodic pain for a few years. Going to another dr for analysis.
