I wanted to try contact lenses for the first time. I picked up my first trial and they were horrible my eyes burned they were blurry. I went back tried a different pair same thing. I went back four different times and they couldn’t get my prescriptions right. In the meantime my father passed away from COVID so my mind was not thinking about contacts. Had not realized I didn’t cancel them after my trial until a shipment was delivered to my home. I called explained the situation about my father passing away and the only thing they can offer me was a store credit. I don’t want a credit I want my money back. $300 gone down the drain. Thanks for your compassion.

Dr. Furman is a super person. She has a very friendly demeanor that makes it easy for her patients to feel comfortable. In fact, I believe that Dr. Furman has a natural ability to connect with people; that's probably why we talk like we're old friends during my appointments.
