I had begun looking for a new ObGyn due to a disturbing appointment I completely canceled with a near by office. After doing a little bit of search around the Chesapeake area, I came across TGFW office near the Chesapeake Regional Hospital. Starting with scheduling of the appointment, I called and left a voicemail for someone to reach me back. Within no more than 2 hours some called back to assist! the scheduler was able to accommodate my appointment with my day off. Walking into the appointment as a first time visitor, the front desk ladies assisted me with getting checked in! Not even 3 minutes after checking in, I was pulled back for a little lab work, and went right into speaking with a nurse for preliminary questions prior to meeting Dr. Pascioni. I was directed to sit in the waiting room and the doctor would be with me shortly. Within 3 minutes Dr. Pascioni greeted me and took me back to her office to begin going over information about my care. She was thorough and open about each step we would take even going straight from her office to an exam room to do a routine check. Dr. Pascioni offered genetics testing during my blood draw and I was escorted to the lab room right after leaving the exam room. The entire visit took no longer than 45 minutes and with each step I was so pleased and ultimately overwhelmed with he kindness and order this office had. Amazing first visit. Scheduling for my next appointment was easy also, since the doctors travel between all three offices, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk, they allowed for the option to either schedule where my doctor was, or to see another during the next visit. I truly look forward to continuing my relationship with this office during my first pregnancy. Thank you for all you do!

Unfortunately my insurance isn't accepted here, so I had to go elsewhere, but I just really needed to praise Allison for a moment! I called in feeling so lost about what direction to go and she was BEYOND helpful, patient and incredibly kindhearted. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Allison! You genuinely helped me and left me with an incredibly impactful impression (try saying that three times in a row 😜). You guys have a solid team here and Allison is the real MVP!!! 🙌🙌🙌

the customer service is awful. i called the on call service and left a message at 6:30 this morning. they didn’t call back. i had to call back twice. the second time i left another message. i was very frustrated. if i have a second kid, i won’t use this group.

Dr. Alexa Pascioni is very pleasant and comforting. She's a sweetheart who really love helping others. She's passionate and I enjoy little chats with her whenever I visit. I moved from NY and she helped make the transition easier b/c I have a good GYN that care! I highly recommend Dr. Pascioni

The customer service is horrible. It takes hours for them to answer phones, and staff are rude when they finally answer. I asked a staff member for their name and she hung up in my face…Unbelievable!! I don’t know what changed about this company, but they need to do better when selecting the type of people they hire.

Zero stars. They never answer their phone! I don't even know if this is a business anymore!

I was with another practice, and this is far the best practice I've been too. Dr. Wolgemouth, Stephanie and all the office are very professional and they pay close attention to everything. I'm thankful that my emergency was tAking care of right away thanks to Stephanie and front office. Dr. Wolgemouth is great doctor! Definetely making the Chesapeake practice my official practice.

Service and trying to get in contact with them is horrid. Causes way more stress than needed, especially on first time new moms. I haven’t even been advised of a midwife since the first day I went when the lady spoke on it briefly. Would not recommend. It’s just not worth the added headache or stress on top of everything else already being dealt with.

Instead of reviewing a practice, we should review the doctors at the practice. Care is not consistent within the practice.

The best care a woman can ask for.
