I have been dealing with this office for weeks. I have a follow up study with a CPAP, but for some reason the doctor's staff and the appointment center staff are incapable of completing this task. I called the appointment center and they told me that they have sent the document back to Dr. Dhawan's office because it is missing the Dr.'s Diagnosis. TWICE. The appointment center personnel told me that I need to contact the Dr.'s office to let them know the diagnosis is not there. LAST TIME I CHECKED I WORKED FOR THE MILITARY, not for anyone affiliated with the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. The last time I called the Dr.'s office, the woman on the phone said, "I don't know why they said that, the information was on their the first time." I don't recommend dealing with these offices, unless you like the run-around game which these people are veterans at, apparently, since we have been playing this game for over a month.

Perhaps the most stand off worse bedside manor I have ever seen in a doctor. I do not care if a doctor "holds" my hand but I want to fell they have an ideal of what is going on. Dr. Dhawan walked into the office, told me I have an over bite and asked why I was here. I told her that I had had a stroke and it was recommended that I have a sleep study. She said “Oh”, so this suggests to me that she didn’t even read my chart. I was told to make a follow up appointment, which I did. 4-6 months later I had the home sleep study (insurance) which was fine. I then went back to the office to meet with Dr. Dhawan again, 45 seconds later she was escorting me to the front desk to make another appointment in 6 weeks to go over how the new machine was working for me. 5 weeks later I called the office and informed them that I hadn’t received the machine and I needed to cancel my appointment. “Oh” was what I heard again and had anyone called me.
