Poor!
I had a terrible experience today when I went to see him.He was impatient and condescending to me when I told him how I was feeling. I have a neck condition that causes dizziness and vertigo. I had been under a doctors care for this condition in the past and now it seems to have returned. I tried to tell him what I was experiencing, but he spoke to me like I was irritating him, when all I was trying to do is tell him it was getting worse. At my last visit he ordered an MRI and an appointment was set. When the appointment date arrived the hospital told me the insurance would not pay for the procedure because the Doctor never sent his orders to them. My husband and I both called his office to remind them to send the order, but it was to late. They denied the procedure. When I asked Dr. Zhao about this he became cross with me and said I should have called him to remind him. This is ridiculous, he is the doctor, but in fact we did call his office twice. So as the appointment continu
I went to see Dr Zhao today with multiple concerns. He listened to each, explained things I needed to know, and dealt with each concern compationately. He did not rush the appointment, did bloodwork I was not expecting as well. I would whole heartedly recommend him to everyone. It is obvious he cares about his patients and their well being. Other staff, from those at check in, to girl getting BP and oxygen to lab techs were awsome too.
I and 2 other female friends have seen him. He appears to think all black women have diabetes. He falsified some of my medical records by writing assumptive information nothing he asked me factually.
He told me he couldn't help me after waiting over 2 hr's for him. I wouldn't let him treat my dog
I love Dr.Zhao he is compassionate,he is thorough and he t as kes interest in his patients I wish more DR'S were like him he is a keeper

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
