Other family members have used CareNow Urgent Care in Chester, but this was the first time for me. It was a good experience though the wait to be seen was a bit long and the check-in paperwork lengthy and confusing. After getting through that, the service was pleasant and professional. I’ll see them again if I have urgent medical needs.
