My fiance was not provided the care she should've been given. She came seeking to establish care for a variety of issues she was concerned about, yet she had almost no contact with the doctor and only one issue was addressed (by giving a referral). My fiance couldn't even have blood taken because she lab worker said "the veins are hard to find" and she was never told that she needed to fast before the appointment. Incredibly disappointing. They failed her and we will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Bryan is amazing. I loved when she was at Bermuda Crossing. Her staff was so nice. BS made a huge mistake when they moved her. The staff at Chesterfield Family practice is not as pleasant but I deal with it bc I know I will be seeing greatness!!Way to be great Dr. Bryan!

I see Dr Bryan for weight loss. She is very patient and thorough. She always makes sure I understand each step of my health journey. In 6 months my A1C went from 7.5 to 5.8, I no longer need diabetes medication and I’m walking an hour a day!

She is the most thorough Dr ever! If labs are even one point off, she’s calling you back for repeat. Shoots straight from the hip and I like that.

I am so pleased! I have been looking for a new PCP in my area who met some specific criteria: a woman, experience with substantial weight loss/bariatric surgery patients, multi-modality treatment of depression/anxiety, easy to talk to. Dr. Bryan hit all the marks! I felt like she actually listened to what my goals were in completing my weight loss journey and offered supports and treatments that other doctors had never even brought up. I felt like she actually understood how losing and keeping off over 100lbs had affected me not only physically but mentally and was proactive in suggesting screenings/testing that would address common issues for people like me. I left with a prescription for a different anti-depressant than what my other PCP had me trying, referrals to other services that I'd been looking to try and feeling "heard" for the first time in years.

Dr. Bryan is a great physician, who takes time to review your Medical History and Labs. She is thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Bryan is also very knowledgeable in Bariatric weightloss. I would recommend her if you are seeking excellent care and years of experience.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor. She was dismissive and condescending. Never asked about the cause of the high pain score I gave the nurse, never asked for any family history, never looked at the readily available notes in the system regarding an ER visit for chest pains, but was ready to order some tests, that had nothing to do with the aforementioned concerns. I walked out in the middle of the "exam". I will be filing a complaint.

Dr. Bryan is very friendly, does not rush through her appts with her patients, and generally cares about their well being! She treats every aspect of the patient with complex care. I would 100℅ recommend her to any of my family 😁
