Absolutely love this place. Both physicians are qualified in medical and kindness. They will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns. You can trust them. The nurses are professional and the receptionist is very kind and helpful. The office is terrible. This company is terrible.

Love my doctor but reception is no help whatsoever. You have to call too many times to get them to do anything . Any time it's 3 or 4 times and they still haven't done it. My family will be finding a new place. Oh did I mention that you are really sick and call...no appointments earlier than two Weeks out. I love Dr Robbins but can never get in to see her when I need her.

1. I had to correct the reason for my appt. -makes a BIG difference in my insurance co-pay 2. I have a an uncontrolled medical issue which was discussed but then ignored by the provider. She just left without addressing it. I had to call back to follow up. 3. Took blood work without explaining what it was for then said " results are great" with no further explanation. I had to ask specifically. 4. Failed to call in medicine after agreeing to. Again, I had to ask ( I said the reason for my "great blood work" was the medication they were supposed to call in.) I will probably look for another provider.

Great reception an scheduling. Poor follow through with referrals to hospital. Had to call clinic several times to get result from tests done. 2. In trying to schedule an appt. Called three times, left two messagesand No return phone call same day. When you're the only clinic in town. What can you expect. Got to take it or leave it. Not right.
