List of Amdc Physicians's Reviews
Was in quite a bit of pain. Wait was long but not a problem as you expect a long wait at a doctor's office. My prescriptions didn't get filled that day. I called back several times the next day and talked to a couple of different people who assured me they would fill my prescription. It never got filled. I called back and they were closed. Due to the amount of pain I was in I had to visit another doctor just so I can get the medication I needed. It's been a month and they still have filled my prescription. Needless to say I won't be back.
I'm only giving it 2 stars because there have been 2 women that I have interacted with that actually have manners and some form of professionalism. The ladies with the burgundy hair checking people in are beyond rude and unprofessional. These women are both very unpleasant and act as if you're bothering them when you come in. My aunt goes here and getting paperwork completed in a timely manner is like pulling teeth. I'm definitely not pleased with this facility. They definitely do not follow through with what they say and you have to call over and over again .
This place is atrocious. I make early morning appointments to avoid delays and they are often more than 45 minutes late 30 minutes after opening. Docs are largely unavailable and make you meet with nurse practitioner. Office staff is dismissive and unkind by default and totally unhelpful if you call in for anything between appointments. Prescriptions are frequently not called in to pharmacy and it takes at least 3 calls to remedy most times. If you can get them to actually do more than the bare minimum anyway. Staff also commonly ignores patients and will delay service to gossip loudly in the halls. Messages left for docs are rarely delivered causing confusion at the appointments. Seriously, find yourself another rheumatology clinic...I would if I wasn't stuck here by insurance and distance to other options.
Question: Does AMDC PHYSICIANS have an e mail address to write to for patient concerns? Please let us know.
Dr.Brandon Miller is amazing...He takes the time to listen to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate..
Three days prior to my first appointment, they pushed it back over a month. Appointment was confirmed the day prior. Drove 2 hours to the appointment to find out the office had closed because of inclement weather. No one ever called to cancel the appointment. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If the office does not care enough to keep my scheduled appointment or even call me to let me know they are closed, then they do no value me as a person or even as a patient looking for help. I'll take my health concerns elsewhere.
I have Dr. Anishka Rolle of AMDC Physicians and have found that she is above far the best doctor that I have found! "I Thank God for her!" "She is very thorough, she listens and takes good care of my health."
Saw a lot of reviews showing wait time was horrible... definitely not my experience! Was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Nursing staff was great, absolutely loved Dr. Brandon Miller... compassionate and very thorough ... would definitely recommend this office. Had an issue with pharmacy, they called several times to get the issue resolved. Overall very positive experience!
My doctor up and left a few months ago without letting me know. Very had group to get med refills from. Been see NP since doctor left

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
