Staff very rude and refused to let me speak to doctor in regards to my mother’s condition. Front desk staff unconcern and shut the glass window in my face to ignore my concerns about my mother. All paperwork was faxed to Bonsecours colonial heights internal medicine and they still neglected to acknowledge my concerns.. the front desk staff needs teaching on customer service!!!!!!

Don't waste your time!!! Always a wait!! They can never tell me anything but always want to send me for blood work! Like I'm here for a cold I don't need blood work!!! Stay away!!!

DR. Puthumana has been my doctor for 20 years and she’s wonderful! She always ensures I receive the care I need. Upon becoming severely Ill with COVID, she personally followed up with me several times throughout each week even while I was in the hospital. I’m grateful to have such a great doctor!

TERRIBLE 1st impression. Terrible service. Tried to check wh/ insurance accepted and sched 1st appt. but was on hold 21 mins by young lady. Called back calmly tried to explain in case ph has issues, but OLDE R lady didn't even apologize or care. RUDE, arrogant staff ruined it. Will take my $$ & insurance elsewhere.12/14/20

Dr Puthumana is a great dr . I have only been seei g her for a short period of time. But i do have to say she is by far the beat dr ive ever been to in all of my 43 years. Respectful , ho eat and very quick to respond . Keep up the good work Dr Puthumana. I give you a five star..
