Just a follow up and hand xrays. Things looking good.
Thank you and your great staff for EXCEPTIONAL customers service and fixing me after suffering for weeks with pain.
I have had a wonderful experience from day 1 of visiting this Dr's. Office. They are courteous, respectful and helpful throughout the whole facility. Dr. Armistead is wonderful she listens patiently while you explain what's wrong and offer suggestions to try to help improve your issues. I have no problem with referring my friends and family to this facility...Thank you all for caring about your patients.
Great staff, always pleasant, personable and knowledgeable.
Dr Carlton E Miller does not care about your time. Over the last two years he is consistently 30 minutes to an hour late for our telehealth appointments…even when they’re very early in the morning (so it’s not like he can blame it on other patients’ appointments running late). Today I waited an hour and a half for him for our telehealth appointment and he never showed. I called the office and there was no answer either. His office calls you, text you, and emails you reminders for your appointment and then the doctor does not show up. If you value your own time do not go to see him.
I had my second visit today at Dr. Miller's office and l was very satisfied with the results. The nurse practitioner that l saw was very prifessional, informative and thorough. All medical issues was explained as needed in its perspective, from the receptionist to the xray office was very professional and kind. My first visit with Dr. Miller went well learning about RA. and the details of it. There was not a long wait period considering what l had done.

In two visits was actually seen by Dr. Miller. First visit I waited two hours before seeing the Dr. Second visit waited one hour before seeing Dr. On a follow up visit I didn't see the Dr. at all, was seen by his nurse. Treatment plan explained by his nurse was not implemented, instead on seeing her again treatment plan and medications were completely changed with no explanation. On both visits the medications prescribed were not covered by insurance company. On trying to have him send the covered medication substitute to the pharmacy I called three times a day for two days and never heard back from the Dr. Impossible to get ahold of him after the appointment if problems arose or I had questions. On second visit he spent about half the allotted time complaining about the problem with the mandated procedures of charting patients. In summation Dr. Miller is interested in making money yet cares little for patient care, appropriate medications, is ilinformed concerning medication useag
Today, 2/2/22, I met with Dr. Miller for the very first time. Dr. Miller did in one visit what (3)Primary Care Physicians, (3) Orthopedic Surgeons, and (1)Chiropractor could not do in two years, which is LISTEN, ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS AND TAKE THE PAIN AWAY! Thank you Dr. Miller for one hour of relief. My pain went from a 12 to a 6 today. I am looking forward to future visits. The entire staff was compassionate, knowledgeable and professional.
He is a great doctor, I’ve been going to him for about 15 years

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
