I went in for 1 issue, that was addressed & got medicine for & Dr Pratt addressed a 2nd issue I didn't even mention. The 2nd issue was something even my PCP never wanted to address. When I came in for a follow up she addressed an another issue I didn't bring up & cleared it up. I feel like if I'd gone anywhere else the extra issues wouldn't have been mentioned or cleared up. I have a lot to be thankful for by Dr Pratt. I certainly look forward to having her help with other issues mentioned or not mentioned. Thanks so much Dr Pratt!!!!

She seemed disinterested and detached. It felt like her focus was elsewhere, and/or she has lost her enthusiasm for her job. She looked at the places of concern, gave me the medical term for them, handed me a brochure, and that was it. If I had not asked, “What can I do to address the issue?”, she would have been out the door in less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Pratt is an outstanding physician with deep knowledge of skin conditions and appropriate treatments. Her direct, no nonsense approach gets right to the point conveying a high level of professionalism and inspiring confidence leading to trust. In addition, she brings a wry sense of humor which puts patients at ease. I look forward to appointments with her.

I hate to say it but the previous reviewer is correct. Dr. Pratt's bedside manner is quite cold. I stopped going to this practice because of my experience with her. The first time I saw her I thought "Well, it's a busy practice. I'm sure everyone is entitled to a bad day." The next visit, I received the same cold and irritable responses, little eye contact. I got the impression she was half listening and "going through the motions". To be fair, this is a busy practice. Perhaps she's overwhelmed

I have been seeing Dr. Pratt for years now and she is the best ive seen. She remembers every detail, such as tattoos and my engagement. She cares about every patient that she sees. I recommend her to all my family and friends.

My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Pratt for almost five years ... highly recommend them! I have had 4 or 5 same day appointments, you can get in when you need to.
