List of Muhammad Rais's Reviews
Been going to him for about 3 years in the colonial heights office and he is hands down the best..he sees you in urgent situations as needed. His appointment are flexible and his staff are friendly.Yes there is a wait but usually that comes with observation prior and after services ..Again,I'm not a fan of ers or urgent care and if he can serve the same pourpouse without the hassell of going to the hospital then he is excellent in my book.
Very unprofessional! He's rude. Very poor bedside manners. He doesn't explain things well. Long wait times and an unclean office. Completed subpar assessments. Clearly does not care about what he does. Do not waste your time or money on this doctor.
Horrible and Unpleasant. Wait times are awful. He’s always late and have to wait almost 1-2 hours to be seen. Not professional at all to keep your patients waiting this long because you can’t come on time. Nurses are rude and doesn’t know what they are doing and look confused except for one nurse that’s been there a long time. I forget her name but she’s the blonde nurse and she knows what’s she’s doing and she makes sure she gets things done when asked and she’s the nurse that makes the allergy shots. Dr Rais acts like he’s listening but he’s not and doesn’t let you finish a sentence and he starts talking over top of you. I recommend going somewhere else and if I could give zero stars I would. Seems to me he’s doesn’t care about his patients and only about the money. Also there’s dead cockroaches ?? in the lights in the room I was put in and this is suppose to be an allergist office and he skin test for cockroaches. What a joke. Again I’d give zero stars if I could.
This place is so unprofessional!!!! I'm currently sitting here and there are no nurses to take shots!! Now I have to wait until they come because of the holiday!
The doctor cancelled my daughter’s appointment two days before after I waited close to three months. I already took the time off from work and notified my daughter’s school of her absence. The dr needs to be more consider of the patience time!
He was treating me for asthma, but my lund Dr. said I did not have asthma. How is that possible?mltm
Things should be explain more carefully when you agree that you want shots. You should go over with the customer how much is gonna cost before they proceed with shots as possible they may not want to service after they know the fee. That makes for a bad customer service. It seems like this office doesn’t let the customer know before hand with their responsibility will be. The doctor himself was nice and so was the person giving the shots but when a customer isn’t fully knowledgeable on what they have to pay. That’s very misleading.
Very personable
Very pleasant staff! When you see Doctor he spends enough time with you explaining what is going on and your treatment options. He works out of two offices so the Colonial Heights hours to receive allergy shots are fragmented: Mondays 8:00 - 11:30 Tuesdays 11:30 - 6:00 Wednesdays 8:00 - 11:00 and 1:00 - 4:00 Thursdays - Closed Fridays 7:30 - 11:30 Saturdays - Closed Sundays - Closed
My children have been patients of Dr. Rais for more than 6 yrs. He is a great doctor and shows a lot of concern for his patients. He always spends the necessary time with each patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
