Rude dismissive staff and office manager. They have had consistent staffing problems and providers that have a tough time following up in a timely manner. They have convinced me to look for new doctors for my family.

Dr Martinez is an excellent doctor. He listens doesn't rush you out the door like other doctors do. However they really need to find more doctors for this practice. He is only one person trying to see previous doctors patients and it's taking away from his patients!. Also I find the front staff to be very rude now compared to the old staff. So much has changed at this practice and the only reason I stay is because of Dr Maetinez!!! Get it together sentara hire more doctors and more friendly front staff

This doctor office is a joke. Dr Sawyer wont even see you if your “too sick”. You are a doctor your supposed to help sick people! They will do absolutely nothing and people at the front office are so rude. Do not go here!!! I rather go to the ER everytime I’m sick then come to this ridiculous doctors office. It needs to be shut down ASAP

Dr. Martinez is excellent. He takes the time to review your medical history and to explain lab results - and anything else you may have questions about. Very good "bedside" manner.

They provided misinformation and I am then required to go multiple days without a medication which I need. They then could not figure out who gave me the incorrect information so that this did not happen to the next person. Once I expressed my frustration, as I am now having to wait all weekend at least, the office manager proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Update: They won’t return your call if you have a complaint.

They cancel my appointment over a month ago I call 2 weeks ago and nada I don’t think I will go back! For me that’s not good

I had been going here for years and it used to be great until I made the mistake of going to Dr. Sawyer for a back spasm. His first comment was "get your weight down" I said "look at the chart, I've lost 60lbs" and that's before the spasms. He said "oh". What a jerk, typical comment for his malnutritioned body to tell me while I was there for his help and paying him! I never went back.

Dr. Martinez is one of the best Doctors I've ever encountered. I don't feel uncomfortable telling him anything and he has never dismissed anything that's ever worried me.

I normally see Anne Boyland, whom I adore, but recently I needed to see someone immediately and was scheduled with Dr. Martinez. He was delightful and took care of my issue with grace, compassion, and even a bit of humor. My experiences at this office are always positive. Thank you to all from the first people I talk with, through all the preliminaries, the lab, the nurses, nurse practicioners and doctors. You all are the best.
