After seeing my prior OB/BYN for over 40 years, I was apprehensive to see someone new, but Dr. Jackson made me fee comfortable and at home. She's a keeper!
I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. JACKSON TO ALL WOMEN TO OBTAIN AS THEIR GYN. SHE IS WONDERFUL. SHE LISTENS AND SHE IS VERY EMPHATIC TO HER PATIENTS. THE CARE SHE GAVE ME AS HER PATIENT AND THE FOLLOW UP CARE AFTER MY HYSTERECTOMY WAS SO PROFESSIONAL YET NURTURING. I HAD MY SURGERY IN 2007 AND I FEEL LIKE A NEW WOMAN. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR DR. JACKSON AND I WISH HER THE VERY BEST.
Dr. Andrea Jackson is one of the beys and most caring doctors I have ever met! She is very knowledgeable and shows great concerns for her patients! I wish I could mold all of my doctors just like her. She takes the time to listen and give her patients the very best advice. Thank you Dr. Jackson for you!
When I lived in Alexandria VA Dr. Jackson was my OB/GYN I wish she could have followed me to my present location in Columbia SC . Dr. Jackson was attentive provided professional service and care
She is very caring an will sit and answer any questions you have for as long as it takes!
Fantastic physician! I drive from Arlington, VA to see her in Fredericksburg. She delivered 2 of my babies and I trust her judgement implicitly. She is absolutely wonderful.
I have been to this doctor five times and five times the doctor was late. Twice I was in the examining room and after forty five minutes or more of waiting, I was told the doctor had to leave to deliver a baby. One of the times in the waiting room I waited approximately thirty minutes and the nurse stepped in, told me to undress from the waist down, waiting another fifteen minutes or more. I was told the doctor has left to deliver a baby at the hospital. Needless to say I found another doctor to attend me. In addition the doctor could not find a reason why I should have a Pap Smear twice a year. I have had a Pap Smear twice a year for a while prior to me moving back here to VA. I told this doctor I have HPV is the reason, she seemed to shrug the reason off saying many women had the disease. I was concerned with me since I had previously had Polyps so I needed the twice a year.
I have no complaints on Dr. Germina Suffrant....She is a great doctor!
she did not give me a d-n-c after i had a miscarrage she told me all of the bleeding would stop and everything would come out on its own. that i didnt need a d-n-c since i had only been 8 wks pregnant well i had pain real bad i had multiple ultrasounds that showed nothing was in there ,she didnt help so i went and seen another obgyn and after the second visit she looked in there and there was the tissue stuck to my uterus i had been walkin around in agony bleeding irregulary and this is why i think they should make it mandatory to give a d-n-c- after miscarrage b/c sometimes those machines dont show u everything i had the tissue removed and developed endometriosis shortly after my got it burnt off and havent had anymore recurrences

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
