Dr Chung is very personable and very thorough I have Cerbral palsy is even gave me antibiotics As precaution the staff is very friendly help I would recommend her to anyone Who needs a dermatologist office

It was nice facility and people. Should have been suspicious when others were there complaining about their bill. Their bill shows my insurance payed a minimal amount of course but there is no record of it on my insurance. One month to the day later they added a other $300 to my $600 bill.

Unfortunately my visit to Dr Chung was a complete waste of time and ultimately very expensive. I made the appointment hoping to get a topical treatment for age spots on my face. She told me she could not help me with that because she is not a cosmetic dermatologist. (She is a MD, dermatologist, and a PHD and she can’t prescribe a face cream!?!) She gave me two prescriptions for ointments for conditions for which I have no obvious or apparent need (rosacea and acne). She did not check the correct diagnosis box (acne) so insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Like an idiot I filled the script anyway ($82 with discount RX could find for me). Whole experience felt like a scam.

I wish I read the previous review earlier. My visit was exactly the same. She made me feel rushed and made it feel like questions I was asking were insigifnicant and not within her realm. Also, she mentioned I had a common skin condition I could get a prescription for but never bothered to prescribe to me until I asked an attendant about it. She also stated because of my race, it seemed uncommon that I would even see a dermatologist (what does that mean??). After she checked my moles, she didn't tell me if everything looked normal or not. I left feeling like I wasted 2 hours of my life, oh and insurance money.

Absolutely no bedside manner--was rushed and unpleasant during entire appt, and managed to make me feel like I was a nuisance for asking about a few moles. Would never go to her again.
