Arrived at 5:30 to see if I could get my daughter seen before their 8PM closing. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes before the receptionist asked how she could help. When I shared I was trying to get my daughter seen, she told me there were no more appointments. I was confused and said I thought they accepted walk ins. She said they did but they weren’t taking anyone else tonight. There were maybe 4 people in the waiting area with 2.5 hours to go. Not sure how that adds up. The receptionist seemed to be bothered that I even showed up. Won’t be going here again.

Excellent nurse and doctor. Care and treatment were efficient and caring. Only issue was checking out took a long time as the front was short staffed

As someone who has worked in healthcare and also has white coat syndrome, I was so impressed with the staff at this MedExpress. I had a technical issue getting my appointment booked online while so very sick, and Lisa let me know they're backed up but took the time to set it up over the phone. Kelly checked me in immediately and I was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Bill took my vitals and Ronnie (though I could have sworn his name was Steven so forgive me if I get it wrong!) saw me following that - I have never received such attentive and kind care in a facility running behind before. They had excellent bed side manners and I was grateful for a smooth patient care experience end to end for my sick visit.

they are getting rid of their RN's to save money and switching to less qualified tech'sto save money. Stay away frothing place as they don't even want to hire qualified personnel. They should shut down if they can't afford to hire quality Healthcare workers

I walked inside with a burn on my face and waited 3 hours to be seen which was fine whatever but what I want to warn you about is when I get called back the nurse was very rude and judgmental. She didn’t even have me in the room for 5 minutes before sending me out the door and she told me it’s just a sunburn and she would send me in a prescription but I called my pharmacy the next day around 2pm and they said they didn’t have anything under my name so when I woke up the next morning with my face swollen so I went to the hospital and I have a second degree and maybe she would have known that if she had done her job and really looked at my face instead of sending me out within 5 minutes. Horrible place I DO NOT recommend at all!!!! And the star is only there because that’s the lowest I can go…if I could go lower just know I WOULD!!!!!

They were fast, efficient & clean. Our regular MD had nothing available & the urgent care associated w/our MD was closed the day I NEEDED to see a provider & did not merit an ER/ED visit. Will go again if MD isn't available again when I need a walk in.
