She takes her time to really understand and gets personal with the family. She is detailed and digs right in to get to the root of the issues. If you ever had to wait it is because she is thorough and does a tremendous job taking care of your child's needs and makes sure you leave knowing exactly what's going on and how to address it. She cares for your children and put time in to make sure of it! She is the best pediatrician I've come across yet. I have a 13 yes & 9 yr old and they both have autism, she has been there for them through everything. I have changed doctors in the past, but I have been holding on to her because she knows what she is doing. I wouldn't change her for the world, just wish she was a family doctor so we could keep her forever. She is like a part of our family. I have referred her to others and will continue to do so if I feel appropriate. She is a keeper! God blessed us with her.. & we are truly thankful!

Dr.Werner seems to only do what she thinks is right and not lestin to the parent nor child. She likes to go by the things that she reads and believes in books, magazines or the television. She believes meditation fixes EVERYTHING. Refuses to order labs and argues with me about how much it cost! My child is priceless and I will pay anything to find out a true diagnosis (Not Options) Then tells me that the cost of insurance is going up on people do to labs not may be in necessary, but orders my child to physical therapy that I have to pay out of pocket .

My children like her and they listen to her advice.

Dr. Werner spends a great deal of time with us and our son during his visits. She not only addresses medical issues, she is also concerned about his social and cognitive development and has provided advice at every stage of his development about ways in which we (and all parents) can work with him on these issues. She cares about diet, as well. She provides options for treatment when appropriate and explains the pros and cons. She has a fabulous holistic approach to medicine. She has a wonderful manner with our son and he is very comfortable with her. Some complain about waiting times, but I have had few problems with this.

Dr. Susan Werner is a terrific and very knowledgeable physician. She has been our daughters pediatrician for over 4 years and we have nothing but high praises for her. Just her knowledge and information sharing with us gives us the peace of mind that we have truly chosen the perfect doctor. She has outstanding bed side skills and utterly compassionate in every sense of the word. Her staff is professional most of the time and seems as if the majority of kids in town are patients of her practice. Never will we change or move because of this wonderful doctor.
