The consultation session I had with DR Huang was great. He thoroughly discussed my need for a periodic colonoscopy, the procedure options, and the preparations for the procedure. The office staff was also great; the receptionist, the medical assistant that took my vitals, the person I talked to after the consultation, and the person I talked to about scheduling the colonoscopy. My survey responses are well deserved.

This is the worst facility ever!!!!I tried 3 times to make an appointment with Dr. Jack Huang. Twice they said I canceled my appointment which I never did. As it is it takes forever to get an appointment with Dr. Huang. I literally have been trying to make an appointment for several monyhs!!!! The third time they scheduled me for a televisit. The day of the appointment no one sent me an email. 30 minutes before the appointment, I start calling them. Finally at 8:30, the time of my appointment I receive a phone call asking me questions so they can send the email. They didn't have my insurance information, so at 8:37 I'm told to email the information right away. And finally when I think I am about to see the doctor, I am told they don't take my insurance. If I could give them a lower number then 1, I would do so!!!! The worst experience of my life. It literally took me 6 months and then they tell me they don't take my insurance. And this was a follow up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Huang answered all my questions and made sure that I understood his answers. Kat is the procedure coordinator and she set up my procedure which worked for me and immediately sent me all the paperwork that she promised.

Everyone is exceptional friendly, professional and takes as much time as you need. Dr. Jack Huang is the absolute best!!

Dr. Huang is straight forward and clear on all actions and recommendations. The front office staff are attentive and efficient.

Dr. Huang is a total professional. He was very conscientious about my health and ensured he addressed all problems associated with my condition. This gave me comfort in the fact that he cares about his patients and will ensure their health concerns will be addressed. He is a very good listener and give clear advice and instructions. I appreciate that kind of service. In my condition, I need all the help and professional attention I can get. He's outstanding!

This guy may have gone to Cornell, but he gets a D- for caring, compassion, and communication. I saw this doctor for several months trying to figure out why I had abdominal pain. He truly did not seem in any rush to figure things out and was content to let follow-ups go for many weeks and even up to a month. At one point, I had complained of swelling in my abdomen (I was guessing it was my liver since it was in the exact same spot as the liver) right before my colonoscopy and he refused to even put his hands on me to feel it to see if anything was wrong. He said he would do that at follow up two and a half weeks later. Well guess what, my liver was inflamed due to a non diagnosed food allergy. I felt like I was not heard and that she was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. So disappointed.
