Had a follow up appt. scheduled in early July for scans and blood tests requested by Dr. Brown. This was made In early May. In mid June I get a call to reschedule the July appt. because Dr. Brown is doing procedures that day and they have no appts until mid August. When I explained the early July appt. was a follow up appt to go over results and look at next steps was told they couldn't do anything about it. When I asked if someone would call and go over results which will be completed by the end of June. the lady said she put in a request for someone to call me. Very disappointed in the level of care at this point. Also very frustrated. Trying to figure out what to do next.

This doctor is unprofessional and does not has any ethics. After the endoscopy procedure. He discontinued the treatment. His office called us and said the doctor do not want to see the patient again because the patient insurance is Medicare. There was inflammation in the stomach and he failed to treat it. He disrespects his patient and is very rude. He discriminates against his patient.

The Dr. Michael Brown was excellent. He took the time to go over my medical history and put me at ease with the procedure being scheduled. Very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Michael Brown has a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. He is very sarcastic and dismisses the patient's symptoms. After he did the procedure and diagnosed the patient. He did not prescribe any medication. We were shocked when his office manager called and told us in a very rude tone that the doctor does not want the patient to show up in his office ever again. In one of his reports he wrote that the patient has some weird complaints. That's unethical. He never listen to the patient and always seems in a rush and when the patient try to explain his/her symptoms he would cut the patient short. He does not treat his patient equally. He does not deserve the title of a doctor because he disrespect his patients
