Doctor and front office is pathetic as far as understanding the patient's helplessness is concerned. If you need treatment you should go by their absurd policy . Never seen such an unfriendly doctor and staff.

I can’t say enough about my doctor, it’s nice he’s a little younger because I plan to keep him as my PCP as long as he is practicing! He’s my go to for even specialist work (bc I’m pretty low maintenance) but is very thorough and super knowledgeable. Besides this, he tolerates my humor which says a lot. He’s an actual person; not a know it all type at all. Would recommend him highly!!

Best doctor! I have been going to him for 15 years (follows him when he changed locations). Many doctors in US want to just get you out of the door and give you some pill and not get to the bottom of things. Not Dr Charen. He will spent lots of time answering your questions, LISTENING to you, FIXING your problem, rather then just dismissing you. I have lived in USA for over 20 years and Dr Charen is the best doctor I have ever met. P.S. I posted this on leesburg sterling practice, but doctor Charen moved. So posting here

Dr. Charen has been my primary for several years. I see him in the Stone Springs office. He has performed everything from my routine checkups to minor surgical procedures in-office. I have been very impressed with his depth of knowledge and thorough explanations. He does not rush through appointments. I am very pleased with his practice.

I have always found Dr. Charen to be kind, patient and understanding. He listens attentively, then thoroughly explains. He is knowledgeable and quick to consult sources to get to the root of any issue. I have never felt that time was an issue; there is no rush to get to the next patient. I am most satisfied with the care he provides and recommend him wholeheartedly!

He has been my primary care doctor for a few years. He listens to his patients and is outstanding in his care and response. Even though he has moved several miles away from where I live, I have stuck with him because of his exceptional care.

I love Dr. Charen. Both my son and I have been seeing him for many years. We even followed him to his new office which is by no means convenient for us. He is kind, a good listener, a good diagnostician, and caring. He remembers what is going on with us from visit to visit. He follows up. He is not an alarmist but, rather, a realist who only treats if necessary. He treats starting at the minimum he feels is necessary before doing anything major. He is matter of fact. I would refer him to anyone.

Great doctor, horrible front office staff! They have moved my appointment to another location without notifying me more than once. The appointment system needs to be fixed. It definitely makes me feel like they don’t value my time.
