Dr. Peters is an AMAZING surgeon. Great bed-side manor and is a good listener to his patients. He completed my Gastric Bypass Roux-en-Y in October of 2018. We trust his work, and my wife had the same Gastric Bypass Roux-en-Y in Feb of 2019. Never been rushed and always answers our questions. Always willing to try different treatments that can help with your discomfort from surgery. CHRIA’S staff has also been outstanding.

I met Dr Peters at a seminar in 2016. At the time I was considering weight loss surgery and he just happened to be the speaker at the seminar that I attended. I left the seminar that night with my mind made up about surgery and who I wanted to do my surgery. To make a long story short Dr Peters is the best and he’s funny and so smart and I would recommend him to any and everyone who is considering surgery. I had my surgery in January of 2018 and I’m so blessed and happy at the same time. Thanks!

Between us my wife and I have had 4 surgeries with Dr. Peters. I wouldn't trust anyone else. He's an excellent surgeon. Great bedside manner and great dry sense of humor. All of the providers at CHRIAS with Dr. Peters are wonderful. It's a shame his office staff is HORRIBLE. Worst staff I've ever encountered. They answer the phone 30% of the time or less. It's very hard to get an appointment and I've never ever ever had anyone call me back. It's a shame great doctors are hindered by bad staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Peters since 2006 when I had Gastric bypass surgery. I weighed 340lbs and I now weight 120lbs.I have kept the weight off for going on 11yrs. Dr. Peters is the best in my books. We have had a few hick- ups over the years (@ no fault of his or my bypass, just unrelated medical problems)and he has been there for it all. He is so very kind and very compassionate. He takes his time with you and explains things in laymen's terms. Not once has he intimidated me.
