They really don't care about their customers. I called and left a voicemail stating I could come in the day of my appointment. Their voicemail stated their hours were Monday Wednesday and Friday but nothing for Tuesdays or Thursdays. When I called again the receptionist were rude and threatened me with a $50 fee because they have to pay their hygienist.

Nice little place but Dr. Silk does not have a hygenist. I got my teeth cleaned by him and when I went to my orthodontist appt 1 month later, they were in disbelief how recently I had my teeth cleaned due to all the tartar still on there.

The staff and receptionist are friendly. I was in for a visit today for my dental cleaning with Dental hygienist Sima. During my cleaning, I informed her I was having pain when the dental instrument was scraping my tooth. I described the pain. I asked her if I could see a mirror to see we're she was scaling. I was handed a mirror. I continue to inform her of the pain. She completely stopped and started waving her hands and telling me that I was telling her how to do her job. She stated it was my gum. I told her it was my tooth and her dental instrument. It was a back and forth conversation. Then she stated that we take so long because I ask too many questions in an irritated manner. I told her I am not telling you how to do your job. I was just informing you of the discomfort I was feeling. I asked her if someone else could take over the remainder of the cleaning and she said no. I could tell she was irritated and I was starting to get upset. She was still talking about my teeth and gums. I stopped her and told her I was not telling you how to do your job, but now I am going to tell you to do your job so I can leave. I will be seeking services elsewhere. Sima finished my dental cleaning. I felt disrespected for informing her of the discomfort. She was unprofessional. I feel she could have handled it in a professional manner.

Dr. Silk is AMAZING, I hate the dentist but he makes it so easy to come back every 6 months like I'm supposed too! My whole family sees him. Super sweet, great conversation I forget I'm at the dentist highly recommend. And Ms. Jennifer at the front desk is super sweet and friendly 5 stars for sure!!!

I was in and out for my procedure with no delays. All the staff was professional and friendly. The office was clean and organized.

I've been coming here since 2015 and have continued to do so even after I moved to Maryland. I'm a loyal return patient because the staff is amazing, from the moment I walk-in until the moment I depart.

I called in to make a first time appointment, Jennifer picked up the phone very aggressive and rude. She had hung up on phone, while I told her to wait a second while I grabbed my insurance card to provide her with the information. She also told me to hurry up and that I didn't have to go there if I didn't want too. Customer service is not her forte. VERY condescending. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, SHE SAID SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER BECAUSE I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS PHONE INTERACTION. SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME, SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. WILL NOT BE ATTENDING.
