The people who work there seem nice but it is absolutely impossible to reach a doctor or nurse for information or updates. The system is incredibly frustrating to deal with. A regular doctor whose office can be reached would be much better

I can’t not express how amazing my experience with this office and Dani Morris. NP has been. She has years of experience in Labor and Delivery and knew all about the previous conditions I had with my BP (which not many people have first hand experience with severe postpartum preeclampsia) and she did which made me feel SO much better and have full confidence that she knew exactly how to get my health back on track. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was very personable and professional. I felt like she was actually listening to me as not only a patient but a person/fellow mother in general. Awesome healthcare and service all the way around.

If you are new to the area, DON"T GET SICK. I just moved to Massanutten and called today to schedule an appointment for an ailment I currently have. "We are scheduling new patients six weeks out," is what I was told. And no, we do not accept walk ins! I don't know what kind of care the doctors give and it look as if I will never find out.
