When I first came I was a mess but left so relaxed because Dr. Sarhan put me at ease and was so kind. She makes you feel like you’re a priority and it’s not about anything else. They make sure you understand everything and do what’s best for you. I am so happy I switched clinics. I’m blessed to be pregnant and so thankful for everyone there.

I've struggled with unexplained infertility for 13 years. Dr Sarhan was the last and BEST fertility endocrinologist who took care of me. She is very wise and knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, attentive, amongst many other qualities. She listens to understand and tailor a fair plan based on current needs and desires. After a long journey, and 2 hard losses, I decided to take a break, which she was always supportive of. Today I can say that we will be welcoming our miracle baby on April 2024. Even though this happened naturally, she has followed my care and held my hand throughout these first three months and I have appreciated every single one of her attentions with us. If you are in need of a team who will walk with you through this journey- look no further, GIVF and Dr Abbaa Sarhan are it!

emergency line staff was very rude and not knowledgable at all for fertility related things. She just want spend her weekend issue free. Dont go here

I’m a current patient of Dr. Sarhan’s at GIVF and have received excellent care. Unfortunately our journey hasn’t been easy (we are in our 5th cycle right now), but every step of the way we have felt supported and encouraged (with scientific evidence to back the encouragement). Dr. Sarhan is smart, realistic, kind, patient, and compassionate. Her bedside manner is also incredible, which is unique in this field (and I interviewed 6 other REs). She’s perfectly optimistic while also not inflating your hope. An example, I was excited by a baseline number and she said “it’s good, better than I thought it would be, but I’m not excited until I see them stimulate.” I highly recommend her and GIVF no matter what your diagnosis, but especially if you’ve got DOR or are over 38!

This was a great experience overall. I always knew that I was supposed to do and someone was always available to help me when I had questions. Dr. Sarhan is an excellent communicator and always took the time to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend GIVF for your fertility needs.

GIVF has the best staff, nurses and docs! I am so grateful for their group getting me through a really tough year! Dr. Sarhan is very understanding, takes her time with you and will find the best plan of care for you. If you are going through infertility I can’t recommend GIVF enough. The best clinic in the northern VA area!
