Addiction Treatment Center's Online Review Report Card

I can attest that I'm thankful for this practice. I have been a long time patient. I have never been in any kind of peril with this practice. Michelle, has been able to accommodate my schedule even with last minute changes! I worked out of state for weeks at a time and missed many appointments. They always made sure I got seen immediately as soon as I got home.My insurance is not accepted and I pay a flat fee that is reasonable. If you can't pass a urine screen then you should not blame this practice, this is on you.Dr. Norman, Feuer and Fruitman are very good and have always taken an intrest in me... as a person with flaws and understand my needs.As many have mentioned, you must have issues if you give a bad review. I'm not sure what new patients need to do or what is required. I'm sure a first time fee or evaluation is required. Please note... I've done what is required of me as a patient and I've had over 5 years of monthly visits. I've given no reasons for bad services. Make an appointment, pay or provide insurance, show up, test, spend a few with the Doc, schedule your next appointment... rinse and repeat.Thank you To the Docs and staff for being very good to me!

Yea this scum bag scam. Do not go here!!!!!! Their are other clinics I'm the area that are not scams. This place will continue to bill you for office visit months and years after you no longer go here. Then when you don't pay for their scam they will put it into a collection agency then hurt credit. I got a call six months after I was no longer going here, said o owed so I paid told me that's all I owed. Then three months later the sent me another bill for the Exact same amount, I refused to play their games and they hurt my credit. The doctors here are also mean as shit they don't care about you at all or understand addiction. This is not the place to go they only care about $$$$$ the good reviews are either staff or people not aware of the scam they find themselves in, but they will when they owe thousands of dollars years they finish their program.

Anyone who puts this practice down is a complete ass.  They are one of the few who are trying to make a difference in the opiate epidemic.  Perhaps if the staff got snippy it is because you snapped at them.  I have never had an issue with ANY of them.  I have seen all three doctors and I have my fav but all of them are in this business because they actually give a f@#$.  Love you guys at RHP

For Tina Y.PLEASE DON'T COMMENT ON A TREATMENT PLAN YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND AT ALL.  I doubt you just got "general questions and sent on your way".  Typically the doctor spends at least 45 min at your initial visit where they dig very deep into your past and current problems, as well as every month providing valuable counciling.  You probably didn't want to open up to the doctor - that's on you. Suboxine is a life saver.  I know this because it saved and continues to save lives.  It's also great for depression but that's just a awesome side affect.  What do you suggest to people who are uncontrollably addicted to heroin or pain pills?  "Going Turkey", that never works.  You can't taper off heroin or pain pills, it just doesn't work and you know that.  By the way, this business monitors your prescriptions and controlls exactly how may you can take. As far as the cost of your visit?  Wake up, medical costs are exploading.  I think the cost of the visit to be really reasonable.  Tina, I hope your reading this.  I think you are totally irresponsible to call this business a "pill mill" as a ton of people are getting better through this treatment which also includes valuable counciling. To make people think this place is doing something illegal.  Shame on you Tina Y! You are messing with the only hope of staying off illegal drugs for many people.

I have seen Dr. Feuer for 3 years every month for medication and counseling. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly the best doctor I have ever seen, very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She has been a Godsend for me and has helped me greatly, I would recommend her to anyone. She is a perfect listener, effective, helpful. Dr.Feuer's office is inviting and warm and welcoming. I am a single mom, working full time and have a beautiful toddler boy who is a handful. Dr. Feuer met my son once and picked up on how stressful my life is based on his behavior, which is something I cope with daily, while trying to hold down a job and keep it all together--not easy. The monthly visits with her help keep sane and I am forever grateful to her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a good psychiatrist and would like more than just meds, if you want to participate and truly recover, stay in the right path it is essential to see a good doctor regularly as well be on the right prescriptions and dosage. I feel like a team with Dr. Feuer. She is honest and a good communicator, you never feel like she is holding back something to say and most importantly you don't feel judged. Her book is quite full and it's been a challenge for me to come back and see her, I've tried to reschedule my Dec 6 appointment but haven't been able to for January, I will keep trying, because I know I'm alive today due to her help and my dedication to my recovery. She has had a largeimpact on my recovery which has an impact on my toddler's quality of life, and the field would be amiss without her.

Dr. Foyer is an amazing doctor. I go to her every single month and am so impressed at her compassionate approach, professionalism, and direct communication. I love talking to her and have opened up very much over the last 3 years with her. I am a better person today than I was when I first came in, when I first wrote the review for RHP before this one! Dr. Foyer's office is even soothing and welcoming. Also, Michelle the office Manager is awesome. She is firm which I didn't appreciate in the beginning, but now I respect it and understand she is managing the administrative part of the practice effectively. She is very detail oriented and literally never forgets anything you ask. She is my go-to when I need anything, she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly, I don't know if she is still there, but there is a mean, plump, light brown or dark blond hair girl, shoulder length hair, PLEASE get rid of her...she is petty, nasty and condescending. She is just mean and rude. I mean wow. I hope she isn't there anymore!

Dr. Feuer has been my physician for years now and she has always provided me with the absolute best care. Even in the beginning when I didn't want help, I believe I received the best treatment possible. The staff has always been very patient and helpful. They've made sure to keep me well informed and even kept coupons for me, to try to save me money. I've been to other doctor's in the past and felt that impersonal treatment, and that's why I appreciate Dr. Feuer and her practice so much. They are always so nice and have never made me feel less than. I am so very grateful to Dr. Feuer and her staff. I would recommend Dr. Feuer and her practice to anyone who needs and wants real help.

I have been going here for years and they are amazing people. I have no idea what Tina is talking about. Dr. F is totally awesome and actually cares about your recovery. They do urine screen and even send them out. This does cost the insurance more but they can get your levels to make sure you are on the right path and doing the right things. You are not going to get booted for a slip, you can even deny it and let them call you out on it. Still you will be their patient. They are there to help you.  If you need another medication they will take care of that too and SAVE you money. If you need medication assisted treatment please go here. Dr. F is awesome but there is a team of 3 doctors to make sure 24/7/365 coverage. I even missed a flight home, called and they phoned in a script to get me thru.

Regional health partners saved my life; more than once. Each of the treating physicians have made me feel welcome, and as if my overall health and well-being truly matters to them. Specifically, Dr. Regine Feuer has been my OBGYN & addiction treatment doctor for some time now. I drive over an hour to meet with Dr. Feuer each month & for my annual OB exams, because I could not imagine my life without her. She holds me accountable, and provides counsel that truly makes a difference in my day-to-day life. She provides tremendous insight, and challenges me with specific tasks to work on, and goals to focus on, in-between our monthly "sit downs". She also identified a medical problem/condition I was previously unaware of (a large ovarian fibroma) and assisted me to secure a wonderful surgeon to remedy the issue. I appreciate everything this Office has done for me and genuinely look forward to visiting RHP each month.
