Wanted to call and make an appointment as a new patient. Called multiple times in a span of a week at different times and left a voicemail. No call back? If this is how hard it is to get an appointment, mind you as a PPO insurance patient, I can’t imagine how the quality of care could be any better. Really upset since I had a good referral from my PCP to come here.

I'm not sure what's going on but no one answers the phone. Emails and voicemail left, no return email or call. Called many times throughout the span of 2 weeks.

I called several time and no one answers. I was called to leave a message and I will be called back. when someone answered they told that they will call me back and they did not. move on to the next phone number on google.

Appointments were never on time. I would always have to call in to get test results. Trying to get my prescriptions filled was a nightmare. Usually the office staff were nice though.

I have Fibromayia and have searched for a doctor that treats this painful disease. I seen good reviews for Dr. Gradzka and was hopeful that I might be able to finally find a doctor to help with my pain. So I tried to make an appointment. After 1 email and a voice message someone contacted me back. Only to be let down......Since I have health insurance HMO and not PPO they could not accept mine. I hung up the phone and cried. After talking with my husband we decided to just pay for it out of pocket. Thats how bad I wanted to get help. So I called the office back and ask about how much would the visit cost and I would pay for it out of pocket. They said they don't accept cash payment if you have insurance. Only if you're uninsured. What difference does it make when I'm willing to pay for the visit in full when I come. I guess this doctor isn't as concerned about the patients as I thought she would be. Very disappointed but I guess I will keep searching for a good doctor. I would have gave zero stars but couldn't do that. Had to at least give one. Melinda Butler

I have no complain about the drs BUT,Their customer service is awful .... Very disrespect. Dont talk to PARVEEN she really needs more training !!!!!!!!!!!

I finally found a Rheumatologist that cares about me and wants to find the reason for all my symptoms. Dr. Gradzka takes her time talking to me and never have I felt her rushing me out the door.

Dr. Gradzka is mean, nasty, absolutely insane, and only cares about pushing drugs. Never once mentioned diet or exercise. She fully scared me away from rheumatologist for two years.

Dr. Gradzka and her staff are professional, caring and punctual. I never feel rushed or intimidated in this office. Dr. Gradzka is patient and has helped me get my condition under control. I would highly recommend this office to a friend or family member.
