bullied and missed to major spinal cord injuries and told me never to seek help for my level one brain injury again. This is abusive and against the law....He got others in the Department to help him cover up this illegal report and abuse. Crystal Lloyd Smith, a Social Worker that say she will help Brain Injured patients be seen and heard. Crystal Lloyd Smith and CBIS only help the doctors. She lied and bullied me for Dr. S. Meguid and MCV continue to bullied and break all laws put into place to protect me and my disability. I just had major spinal cord surgery to rebuild my spinal cord that Dr. Meguid didn't even know I had suffered. This is abusive and illegal and VCU covers it up? I have a 6 inch scare down my back that Dr. Meguid and his department laughed at and bullied for the past 7 years.........This isn't caring for patients with brain injury, it is abusing those without a voice and covering it up///

Dr. Meguid lied about his mistake. This is a mistake that has risked my life and caused me and my family great pain. To have this type of abuse by a doctor from the hospital that helped save my life is heart breaking. How can Dr. Meguid get away with lying? How can Dr. Meguid and the department give me wrong medical advice and cover it up? This doctor can and this hospital helps doctors cover up incorrect medical care. I saw 2 neurologist after the fact, they saw my brain issues as real and not fake, the surgeon, who just operated on my spinal cord 2 months ago also saw my brain and spinal cord injuries as real. My spinal cord injuries at L4 and L5, were causing me great pain, I guess the surgery I had done 2 months ago which included a 6 inch incision down my spinal cord is also in my head. It is so sad that a hospital that help saved my life is one that is letting this doctor abuse me because my mother and father are having some health issues that Dr. Meguid is using to get away with neglect because no one is watching him.... Dr. Meguid and his department bullied, changed and broke so making laws instead of treating me and my level 1 brain injury and spinal cord like something they can get away with changing when no one is looking.....the only problem is that several people where looking and helping this doctor break the law with help of an Advocate that pretends to help those of us who suffer..........Wrong

Told me for years his report was incorrect but was only keeping it on my file because I hadn't seen any other doctors there. Wrong, I saw Becker, Felton and Dr. Oh. Dr. Meguid bullied me and covered up breaking laws becasue of his ego and he also got Crystal Lloyd Smith to help him when she didn't have the education to help him cover this up. VCU is abusing patients they once saved and changing real medical issues Drs. Felton, Oh and Becker documented......This is abuse of a state hospital that treated me for grand Mal seizures for 11 years....Shame on him and Crystal Lloyd Smith who helped him by brek the law after he himself and Linds Chapman told me his report was incorrect.

I saw Dr. Meguid by mistake....Dr. Toni Sliwinski told me to make an appointment with Dr. Walker, a PMR doctor to help with my post STBI. I thought he was a PMR doctor and I had gotten Dr. O'shannick to ask for a visit but little did I know Dr. Meguid wasn't a PMR doctor, he was a pyschotrist and another department all together and it was a mistake. Dr. Meguid knows this and he and Crystal Lloyd Smith, a SW who works with Dr. Meguid and called him a sweetheart bucalled me back after telling me there where 400 people in front og me but she would put me on the waiting list to see her. Within a week Crystal Lloyd Smith called me back and said my brain injuries were the worse in the state and she was personially going to help me get Dr. Meguid's incorrect and illegal report removed from my records at MCV. Dr. Meguid replaced Dr. Donald Beckers report of my level one brain injury and grand mal siezures, that Dr. Becker treated me for and then I was seen to come off meds due to strange symdomes that turned out to be MS......This is Dr. Hilary Hawkins words.....After Crystal Lloyd told me she was going to help me she instead tricked me my pretending to make an appointment at MCV with a neurologist but when se got there they didn't have me on the books and I got upset because my brain was in trouble and Crystal Lloyd Smith didn't really make the appoitment and when I got upset she told me and everyone else at the doctor's office if I din't calm down she was going to take me to Central STate.........This is illegal and wrong for an advocate that is supose to help brain injuried patients trick and abuse brain injuried patients.....She had not intentions on helping me, she was in the business of help a doctor who wrote an illegal report that DR. Toni Sliwinski tried to talk some sence into this doctor about how things work in this county but Dr. Meguis had his mind made up and how he was going to leave this on my records because he liked to bully women.........Richard Woody told me the Dr. Meguid's report was incorrect but I could write a letter with my concerns about his illegal raport......I did and my letter is no where to be found and I was told it would be kept next to Dr. Meguid's incorrect report. They lied and Richard Woody and Linda Chapman both told me Dr. Meguid's report was wrong. Crystal Lloyd Smith and Community Brain Injury Services covered this up for Dr. Meguid and MCV......This is against tha Hipaa Law ans ADA Laws that Ms. Smith and Dr. Meguid and Richard Woody and MCV Patients relations are suppose to abide by and you have clearly broken all linds of laws are have tried to cover this up....I will not let you do it if it is the last thing I do.......MCV are doing what you did in the 50's and 6's, Social Engineering.......Deborah Hudson 840-1391

My wife has been seeing Dr Meguid for several years. There was a short break in her seeing him while she was out of state. The psychiatrist she saw was good but not as good as he.

The first questions were all of sexual nature.....I felt abused and not seen as a patient in need of help.....I knew the doctor was not the right one to see, my mother grabbed her head and said,"this is the wrong kind of doctor!" When he asked me why I thought I had MS, after putting me in a total flare up because of types of questioning.....I walked out and told them it was the wrong doctor. They agreed and when I called back they said o.k. I asked for his email because I didn't trust him to remove it. Dr. Meguid told me he knew the report was incorrect and I was to see Dr. Walker but he said it was a good report.......I said but it is incorrect.......he says I know, but it's a good report and he wasn't going to remove it....he only gave me a chance to write a letter with my concerns about hisa incorrect report which he told me and Dr. Sliwinski that it was wrong but he wasn't going to remove it. Fast forward 4 years and Crystal Lloyd comes into the picture only to help Dr. Meguid break the law some more by getting her to pump me for info to help him and not the patients she was an advocate for......This is illegal and wrong.

Dr. Meguid bullied me at the visit that was a mistake because I was to see a medical doctor who deals with Post STBI and instead I got a mean abusive doctor who lied to me and the HR women at MCV, Linda Chapman and would bully me for another 6 years and keep me from getting the treatment I needed for a level 1 brain injury and lesions and a brain disorders and MS because of this doctor breaking every law there is to break.....I think this doctor should be barred from seeing any female patients ever again...it is clear that he is abusive to those who are disabilied and he uses others like Drystal Lloyd Smith to help him break the Hipaa Laws and cause PTSD in women looking for help when he was only looking to distroy me because I brusied his little EGO.....I know this doctor abused me and then got others to help him cover this up.....This isn't medicine.......it's abuse by Dr. Meguid and MCV covered it up

I saw Dr. Meguid by mistake and left his office and he and his department at MCV told me his report was incorrect but he thought it was a good report even though it was incorrect. I saw Dr. Donald Becker at the same hospital for a level 1 brain injury that Dr. Meguid is discounting and bullying me and breaking the Hipaa Law and the ADA Law with the help of an Advocate Crystal Lloyd that he had call me and pretend to help me get Dr. Meguid's incorrect report removed because he said it was incorrect. In his report he says I am making all of this up when 41 years ago the hospital that he works at now treated me for grand Mal siezures, a brain without oxygen for 20 minutes and paralzyed on my left side and I have a doctor who discounts me when I saw him and discounts me and gets an Advocate Crystal Lloyd that works for Community Brain injury services in Richmond, Va. who told me his report went against the Hipaa Law and she was going to get it removed and what she does instead is make fun of a disabiled women and lie and break the Hipaa Law when she then goes back and tells Dr. Meguid that Dr. Levenson was upset and wanted to remove the incorrect report but Dr. Meguid's advocate who says she was helping me instead helps Dr. Meguid continue his lies along with MCV....Deborah Hudson

Dr. Meguid is the best doctor I've ever had. I've seen Dr. Meguid since 2008 & I credit him with getting me through some very dark periods until he found the correct medications to manage my difficult-to-treat bipolar depression. Dr. Meguid continued to reassure me that we would find the proper medication I needed to restore the normal balance of my brain and body. I have complete faith in his commitment to providing the best possible care to each individual patient. He is devoted to helping each of his patients live their best possible lives. Follow Dr. Meguid's treatment plan and you will find light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Meguid is one of the nicest specialists that I have ever encountered. I saw him for 6 years and through it all, he made sure all decisions regarding my health were made by me. He never pushed me into any decision regarding treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to see a psychiatrist.
