Very bad experience. She didn't take me seriously when I was in so much pain, little to no sympathy whatsoever.

Saw her in the ER at IFO...worst dr I have ever seen. She is rude, condescending, and inappropriate. I wonder why she got into this profession. I came in with complications from a rare disease. She dismissed me, refused to run any tests and discharged me. I was being seen at the time in the rare disease protocol at NIH. I was in AI which can very quickly lead to death. I was just very lucky I had my emergency injection of soul-cortef..i called my on call dr at NIH and they admitted me there promptly. i came alone and can only hope if i had had an advocate there things would have gone better....but from the other reviews i see I'm not alone..I did send in a complaint and all of my medical records to show I wasn't complaining over nothing and Fair Oaks responded by apologizing and saying they would talk with her. If she is still there I don't know why they keep her.

If I can give her 0 stars or negative stars I would. I had the displeasure of being seen by Dr. Kalley in the emergency room at Fair Oaks Inova. She has an attitude, talks to you like you're an idiot, is very dismissive, and has the worst bedside manner ever. Simple questions that one would think any doctor would know, she answered in the most disinterested, condescending way possible. She also repeatedly referred to my issue as a "non-emergency" and had a tone as if I was wasting her precious time. I left the ER with no improvements of my issue and no answers as to why I was having this issue (she did not order any tests). I found out more information on google than I did asking her, and she's supposed to be a physician. Even after I left the ER she managed to upset me once more...she prescribed medication that no pharmacy carries (Me: *blank stare*). She is the worst doctor I have ever seen.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I would have given this nutcase ZERO stars if that had been an option!My stepdaughter took her two and a half month old baby in to the e.r. because he had squirmed off the bed and hit his head. The baby was not injured other than a slight swelling on the forehead, but this so-called doctor reported both the parents to Child Protective Services for PHYSICAL ABUSE of the child! Unbelievable! She talked to them for FIVE MINUTES before doing this, and had her facts all wrong!They are still going through this nightmare, but are at least past the point where a relative has to stay in the home with them because they are not allowed to be alone with their own children.

I have never felt so dismissed as I did today with this dr in er. I am all alone and was having pain , dizziness. I had to beg for a cat scan and I have a long hx of chronic illness and a rare disease. Was dismissed and sent home sick. I felt she was very judgmental and I am home still feeling awful until I can get into my PCP on monday. After tonight I swore I would never go back to the er with out family who knew my hx and could advocate for me. I don't understand why drs go into this profession if they don't care about the well being of their patients. I am sure they get jaded but she was awful.
