I was with Dr Goyal for 2 years. The only reason I left was because my insurance changed (thanks to the healthcare marketplace) and she was not a participating provider in anything I could afford. She was a great doctor, listened closely to my problems, was on time and truly took an interest in my health.

I have to agree with many of the unhappy patients reviews. She was condescending, argumentative and judgmental. I don't feel she listened to me and was short and seemed preoccupied. She charged me $15 for a prescription refill I didgn't even want! I will not be going back nor recommending this doctor or practice ever!

Been seeing her for several years, after seeing another for many years. I find her knowledgeable and very concerned - especially about abnormal test results. She does refer for specialized testing to clear up a matter.... which is good in the long run. She usually calls with test results, especially if something is unusual. She's there for the morning call-in period (when you have questions or concerns), and has seen me same-day when I've had something out of the ordinary.

I do not recommend this doctor. She would not give me my results without coming in the office even though there was nothing to report or treat. She ran up my bill for nothing and was not able to diagnose my problem so I had to go to another doctor. More interested in money than healthcare. And condescending.

Dr Goyal is condescending. She refused to release negative results unless I came in office so she could get paid for the conversation. She was not able to diagnose my digestive problems and didn't even bother referring me to a GI doctor. I truly felt money was more important than my health. Other doctors were able to find the issue and treat me.
