Dr. Ansong, from the beginning meeting her was not a good experience. When you have a daughter with a complex heart situation and you’re the parent and she doesn’t communicate well that seems to be a problem. Recently, my daughter had to be admitted to the hospital when we arrived the nurse said your daughter is here bc Dr.Ansong mentioned you were having low sat levels at home, that was a complete LIE So the doctor on call allowed us to leave because she told the lie just to admit our daughter!

My son and I had the best experience there. We hardly had any wait time. The staff was friendly and Dr. Ansong was nothing short of amazing. She took her time explaining everything to me. I must say she gets an A+ for her communication skills.
