I just had a toenail procedure and Dr. Saffran did an excellent job. He explained the procedure, gave verbal and written instructions, remembered details of my history that could impact the procedure and recovery. His staff are excellent job too. They are a team. Thank you.

Everything was very positive. Dr. Saffran was professional, personable, and engaged. Even though the reason for my visit posed no challenges, I received his full attention and care. In addition, a post-visit follow-up question was answered within an hour. Nice. He took a conservative approach to treatment rather than rushing to a surgical "solution." Under his patient approach my foot healed on its own over time, obviating the need for more drastic approaches. In addition, his staff were professional, easy to contact, and personable: a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend Dr. Saffran and his office to others.
